I actually have all three of the dollar tree ones and here are my results... The toner helped my skin so much and it smells amazing, my skin always feels amazing after and I have sensitive skin and it does not burn, the moisturizer makes my skin so glowed and when I wake up my skin feels amazing. The serum is perfect to apply before makeup and it kinda acts like a primer, overall for 3.75 it's so worth the price and feels amazing on sensitive skin.
This year Dollar Tree has stepped their game up already majorly! Even the kitchen scissors are actually great now and not brake in one use. Dollar Tree should be someone's regular place to shop. Save them coins y'all

Just a nerdy comment: the reason the soap bar lathers better is because it's real soap! Dove is a synthetic detergent bar. It looks like the Dollar Tree bar is made of palm oil and palm kernel oil and saponified with water and lye. Dove calls itself a "beauty bar" because it isn't technically "soap" as it doesn't go through saponification. I love your dollar tree reviews!

So Walmart is selling travel sized sauces --- ketchup, BBQ , hot sauce--- for $1. I found a clear plastic cosmetic case at Dollar Tree that fits the sauces. So now my travel size sauces can travel with me. 😂

@@user-sb2wl8zj7f Oh yes I did need that! Now my mini condiments are organized in a nice carrying case. I don't have to rummage through a paper bag to get a mini bottle. I just pull out the case, unzip it, take what I need for my fries or nuggets, and put it back.😂😂😂
Girl...the bPure brand from Dollar Tree is killing it!!! I can't afford all the high $ products but with this brand I can feel like I have the expensive one 😂 and if it's one I don't like (which I haven't found much) I'm not wasting a but load of 💰💰

The Olay dupes in the red, the night cream is fragrance free, not the day cream, just the night cream. I have very sensitive skin and I LOVE it. ❤️🥰
I found global beauty care brand there and the products are cute and fragrance free. They claim to be free from lots of toxins and cruelty free. I tried the serum and eye cream. Loved both!
If the Dollar Tree versions make you want to give them the side-eye (suspicions about quality or efficacy), ELF has their dupes of the Neutrogina line, at least, in the Holly Hydration line. :)

Vivian, yes, bleach will kill germs, but it’s also toxic, not good when it’s on your skin, to inhale the fumes, etc. Alcohol wipes will also kill germs and not toxic like bleach.
Love you however I wish you would compare ingredient for ingredient when you do these because that really makes a difference and it really educates people on the actual comparative... The first five ingredients are typically the most potent so it would tell us whether or not they match up. Thanks
The Dollar Tree version of the Neutrogena hydroboost water gel was really perfumey and made my face turn red. Not a dupe for me.

Viv, you can juice up the alcohol wipes with alcohol also if they get left open and dry out! Me, I've always kept alcohol in a spray bottle to clean around the house and office! Great for pen stains/marks!🎉🎉❤
Same here. I've been cleaning my kitchen with alcohol for over 5 years and people thought I was crazy. Then covid hit and I wasn't that crazy. Always do the door knobs in the house.

I'm so glad you showed that Dollar Tree had Lidocaine as I did not know that. I'm a stock up kinda gal when it comes to essentials.
If you keep the Lidocaine in the fridge it really helps burns! Especially sunburns!
Lidocaine is also big help for itching and general pain relief. Until i found out about antiperspirant for ant bites it was the best for them. You are just as sweet and funny as you were when I started watching years ago ❤
And a great item for the apocalypse bag or whatever Vivian calls it! And the alcohol wipes as well!! I keep my aloe Vera gel in the fridge too. So excellent idea!

I love the watermelon dollar tree dupe!!! It’s been sold out all around me since I found it!
I watch Vivian Tries all of the time and then I head off to Dollar Tree or Aldi to see if they have the products. I recently found the Olay Regenerist dupes and love them! I only found the face toner of the Watermelon dupe. I love the way it smells. Only time will tell about how well they work. I sit with a glass of wine and watch the vids, thinking "will it be worth driving through the snow tomorrow?" ... and then put on my boots, tell my dog we're going to see if we can find the "Miss Vivian stuff" and off I go. Yes, I need an intervention LOL!
You can also use those ceramic wands to dip into eye cream and apply it. I like to use them because I feel it keeps the cream cleaner and I think I’m using less than if I dip in my finger. Stay safe happy new year.
Ulta makes and sells a set of make up spatulas you get two with long handles with two different types/size spatulas to get into those long deep bottles....$5 for it and it is one of the BEST $5 I ever spent as I can use up so much more product(s) now that I can get in there and use up the rest of the product thanks to those spatulas.
I got the Glow recipe dew drops in a Boxy Charm box and I saw the price and thought, “no way!” But then I tried it and honestly it has become one of my favourite facial products. It is soooooo good under makeup. I scraped out the bottle. I haven’t bought a new one because of the price but I would try the Dollar Tree one, just to see if it’s similar. I have the toner, serum and moisturizer! It is so hard to find things that don't break me out. I fell in love with these then drove all over Jacksonville looking for replacement's for them. They have been sold out since November. I had to get replacement ones on Ebay. I love these products.
I had knee replacement surgery after Christmas and have not been able to go shopping. Yesterday, my mom stopped at Dollar Tree before my physical therapy session and I decided to at least walk down the makeup aisle. I was so happy that I did. Not only did I find the watermelon line and the neutrogena dupes, but I found glass nail files!! The cheapest I can find the nail files is $10, so I grabbed 3 and they are super cute. I also found lip gloss with dried flowers in them that are basically coconut oil but not too oily and my lips just absorbed it. I also found another line of products with vitamin C, but skipped it since I had the other 2 lines in my basket already. Thank you Vivian for these videos, especially right now that I cant do very much, I binge watch you and you make my day.

I live in the south and I use Lidocaine when I get a mosquito bite...it helps numb it enough that I don't scratch it and make it worse. Definitely going to get that gel from Dollar Tree for next summer! Also, I buy the Glass Plus wipes there too...now all the mirrors and glass in my house are spotless 🎉💕
Thanks Viv. Yes the aloe with lidocaine is good for burns other than sunburns. I burned my palm on my oven…don’t ask…and slathered it on and put on aplastic gloves and kept reapplying through the night. By morning the burn was almost gone. Aloe plant works miracles also. ❤
I have used the Glow Recipe and for the past few weeks I’ve used the B Pure, and I think it’s comparable!
It would be interesting to see if Dollar Tree has a dupe for the Neutrogena Body Oil.

Old nurse tip. Alcohol wipes are great for getting ink off surfaces. Used to use them on the nurses station all the time. Off our hands and on whites..not big areas but slight nicks from the pen.
The only problem is if said product really works for you that you wanna keep on with the usage only resulting it being a limited time thing on the shelves. The new hydraulic mascara is so great and was so hard to find.
My store didn't have this skin trio when I was there, maybe next time I go back it'll be there.
There are also a couple of sleep masks on Temu, watermelon & strawberry....until they sell out. They are great prices too

The Neutrogena hydroboost line is my absolute favorite! I use the face wash and moisturizer daily and on my legs to shave I have no razorburn anymore! Amazon is cheaper if you subscribe BTW 😉

You’re fabulous. I have been making my own alcohol pads because nobody has time to open individual packets. I didn’t know the wipes existed. I give myself a B12 shot everyday. You have to wipe your skin before you inject. You get 😅😅😅😅😅 for saving me time and money. Priceless.

Great video. I remember that DT had a product that was just like the Neutrogena Rainwater bath gel. I bought every bottle in the store. That was years ago. They are really stepping their game up.
Nearly all toner is made from which hazel. Save yourself “even more money” by buying a large bottle of witch hazel for $3.95! It won’t smell as fine as the $30 brand for Amir 16 ounces butts. It’s a whole lot cheaper. You’re getting basically the exact same thing. My husband began his career as a chemist. When we married, I was buying higher price name brands because I thought they were the best. He began to show me to always read the label, if it has the same ingredients you’ve got the same product. A lot of times the extra cost is your packaging. The same product in a simply designed package costs much less money.
Just FYI: my adult redhead got a bad sunburn. The pharmacist recommended Aspercreme. Same ingredient as Solarcain but much higher %. Worked like a charm.
Chill aloe Vera pieces in the freezer and slather on over and over. It heals the burn faster and relieves the pain.

a couple of weeks ago my dollar tree had Loreal Age Rewind Makeup repacked as off-brand makeup BUT it was the same makeup. They also have this new cleaner that comes with a clear bottle and 3 packets of cleaner you have to mix yourself and it is the best cleaner I've used. It smells great!

The pain relief aloe is great for cancer patients - helps a lot with radiation burns. I'd also try it for minor muscle/joint pain if you don't have any meds for that, as I've seen lidocaine as an ingredient in some.

That watermelon toner is really nice! The initial smell is strong but it wears off. It off all my night time treatments and my skin was so soft!

I have been using the glow recipe dupes from dollar tree for about 2 weeks now. I have sensitive skin and have not broken out yet, the watermelon scent I find goes away fairly quickly. And I love it so much I went and stocked up lol
I don’t know about the dupes but Glow Recipe products are great! The niacinamide really helps control my oily skin. I love all three of those products.

I tried the B-Pure Neutragena dupe for the Hydro Boost mascara. The Dollar Tree I visited had both brown and black shades. I usually use brown/black mascara, so, I purchased both colors. I applied the brown first, and then the black. I did a couple of coats with each shade. It went on ok. I was actually pleased with the look. Then, within an hour, my eyes started to BURN 🔥 Not sure what the ingredients are, but, that was a huge FAIL for me. If anyone decides to try this mascara, I suggest you give it a test run at home before wearing it out of the house.
