    Hey girl! Idk if anyone else would be interested in this, but I would love to see a video about how you do your research! This isn't shady at all btw I mean it in a wow you're really good at researching and tend to find really helpful natural remedies for body functions. Often times you say "I've really looked into *insert topic here*" or "I still need to do research". I would love to know what sources you look at, books you read, or how you find important and relevant information. I have a hard time filtering through nonsense and finding good sources to help me with my body (specifically digestion probs).

      Go to a public library (has to be there or a school or something so they have subscriptions), go to pubmed.gov, and you can look up real research on just about anything you want ☺️

      Holly Freeman I'm from Australia and I find it extremely awkward when I vlog in public hahaha but I live on the coast which is more laid back and vlogging is "out of the ordinary" here. I think I'd be judged less if I lived closer to the city the suburbs of Sydney 😅😅

    About what you Said in the beginning about Abbey the Doggo, it’s not really her fault because dogs do get used to things quickly, and that’s why you have to stay consistent with what rules you decide on for them. It’s the same thing with like, if you’d decided to never give her food at the table but then maybe a guest does it. She’ll most likely start begging even if she’s never done it before. Just some advice for the future.

      Totally true , where’s the dog going to sleep when the baby comes? If the baby is going in their room do they want the dog there too or is she going to be relegated to somewhere else? storing up trouble if they don’t sort this now

    Last winter, it was sooo cold and my dog just wouldn’t sleep in her own bed even with a wool blanket over her, so I started allowing her in my bed. At first, I hated it because she disrupted my sleep, but I felt so bad for her so I let her anyway 😂😩 but now I love it, she comes in my bed every night around 2 am and she comes under the duvet with me and snuggles and she’s just so warm. I sleep a lot better with her in my bed now lol. I don’t like the idea of her sleeping in my bed, but I secretly love it now 🤫

    You go Sezzy!!! Im 38 years old and just 3 weeks ago I gave birth to my first child 👨‍👩‍👧 baby girl Ella 💗 During my pregnancy I continued to workout 5 days a week and I was going quiet intense tbh. It made me feel so much better!! If I tried to go at 50% of my norm I was feeling sluggish the whole day. I believe staying active (we were hiking, camping, traveling) helped me to have amazing pregnancy. Just two weeks after giving birth I almost lost all my baby weight, left with 4lbs more to loose (I had 20% body fat pre pregnancy)! Btw, I was drinking one coffee and ACV every day when I was pregnant and also L glutamine by IRONVEGAN during my workouts (my OB and pregnancy dietician gave me the ok). Enjoy your pregnancy and all the cravings 😉 Can't wait to see you in your third trimester 😉😘Have a great day 🤗💕

      I have problems with the darkness / constant rain here in Sweden also! morning and afternoon workouts (when I need energy / pick-me-up) have really helped and sometimes I don't have the motivation to workout myself but need a buddy or class to get me going in the winter. A quick HIIT or even a walk can be short enough to make time for but go a long way energy / mood wise. and of course coffee and vit D hehe. hope this helps!

      Im in canada too and get the winter blues almost every winter. It can suck being stuck inside with six feet of snow in my driveway haha I normally will go for walks or runs as often as I can outside. That way I can get used to the cold and wont feel resentful towards winter.

    Hey so I emailed tropeaka an I asked them was is safe to drink the lean proteins while pregnant an they said they wouldn’t recommend me to drink it so is it safe to drink or no 🤔 I asked this at the beginning of my pregnancy I’m now 33 weeks just curious

      Alyah Alphabet They probably just said that to cover themselves. I drank protein powder during my pregnancy but I would talk to your doctor first and see what they think as every one is different with different pregnancies!

      I went down the list of ingredients. There are many that are not recommended due to lack of research. And one that could be linked to other bigger concerns. I have discontinued lean and moved to pump until I know more. But her taking it makes me feel a little better for the little time I have.

    Hi Sarah!! I absolutely love watching your videos, I’ve only started watching recently but your positive attitude and zest for life is contagious and inspiring!
    That said, I know you’ve previously mentioned trying to become a bit more eco friendly in the past, noticing the celery juices you’re drinking on the daily now I wondered if you might be able to swap the plastic for a glass alternative? As an influencer i know a lot of people look up to you so you’d be sending a really positive message and leading by example.

    In regards to hating water-when I was pregnant with my son, sparkling water was my best friend! It was the only water I could drink without getting nauseous/making my heartburn too bad!

    Always me when my boyfriend says to eat more greens/healthier while I’m pregnant “how rude to say to a pregnant woman.” My first trimester was the exact same for me, all I could eat were potatoes/bland foods or I would be nauseous and not be able to eat. This part of my life I have felt like listening to your body/your baby is so important. It’s better to eat than to not eat anything at all. Also, I’m really loving all the pregnancy content. Every since I found out you were pregnant it has gave me a new motivation to be healthier during my pregnancy.

    I was the same way with water at the beginning of my pregnancy! I added lemon to my water and it helped A LOT. It was so much easier to drink!

    Honestly, if you made a second family/baby channel and you updated every second or third video, that would be much appreciated. I know that you revolve most of your videos around health and fitness, but i think a large part of your channel is also lifestyle, and babies and family are really important to a lot of people.     Don’t overdue the celery juice.. it’s high in vitamin a (why it works for the skin so well), which is bad for the baby in high amounts!!

      Charlotte Sometimes that’s not quite how it works! 😊 it’s fine for babies/children to have celery juice, but the original comment is correct that too much vitamin A during pregnancy can have teratogenic effects (birth defects basically). It’s unlikely that drinking celery juice would provide too much vitamin A to cause any damage but it is definitely something to be aware of! 👌🏽

    I'm 16 weeks pregnant as well and I got really bad headaches consistently about a week ago and it followed with vomiting (which wasn't normal for me) so I went to the doctor and they told me I was extremely dehydrated and that's probably what's happening to you. Water can be boring but try brewing tea and putting it in the fridge the day before that way you have some type of flavor and getting hydrated at the same time:)

    How do you know what is ok or safe for your pregnancy? I only ask because I found out I am also pregnant and workout 5 times out of the week can I continue to workout(squats,deadlifts etc)

    Since I’ve started watching you I have joined a gym and have went 3-4 days a week and before this I would have done exercise for about two hours a week I was struggling so much with my weight and I thought I could never loose it and I lost so much hope and I was so in confident with my body because I would eating all the wrong foods and I would fast for a day and then the next day I would binge on more and just expect me to loose weight I was scared to eat to much protine and I would just eat the same things each day and wayyy yo much food that my body needed and I was so lost so one day I came across you channel and I started watching your videos something just clicked in me and said I need to be eating this kind of food and start listening to my body and I did and I joined and gym and I’ve never felt so confident in myself and proud I have at least one bad day since I started and instead of me being annoyed and feeling unmotivated about myself I would be hapoy and tell myself you enjoyed the food you just had and it wasn’t even bad it just wouldn’t of been eating the amount each day and I just told myself okay you were more hungry today so have more food that’s what your body is telling you so I listened so I ate it and instead of me going to the gym I went on a walk with my friend which was not as much exercise but I much preferred it so I once again listened to my body and I’ve just been so much happier and I just want to thank you because I honestly thought that I would never get out of the hole I had fallen into but I did and I have never felt better xxxx

    Sarah! Thank you for your honest attitude with sweets! Im 9 months pregnant now and all "what I eat a day when pregnant" videos I've been watching were like smoothie for breakfast, quinoa and beans for lunch, some nuts for snack and chicken with broccoli for dinner. Naaaaah, unreal!!! Just like you said in the video - I try to eat as healthy as I can, BUT when my belly says CHOCOLATE I can't resist. Amen :-D

    Magnesium helps so much with pregnancy headaches! I took it before bed and I almost never had headaches.

    Try cold water with fresh lemon and lime. I’m the same way with my pregnancy. Very hard to get water down but I’ve learned citrus really helps! Also there’s lots of good stuff in lemons & limes

    Water!! I have been juicing lemon, ginger, and adding a little cayenne into a strongggg concentrate that I add to my water in little bits and it’s SO good and makes me drink so much water! Plus all the amazing properties! :)

      Madison Killer i don’t know the answer to this, but if my dog has been in the ocean I will rinse her with water when we get home - just to get all the salt away, but I don’t wash her with soap.

    Oh how I wish i had dog problems baby number 3 is 7 months it's 3am and ive been up with her for an hour school run is at 8.30am 😪 no one can prepare u for what's ahead but it is glorious

    I get headaches all the time. Salt is a massive helper! You can get mineral drops and you just put them in water or any kind of drink! It makes it taste a bit salty, but it makes my headaches go away in MINUTES!

    I’m 18 weeks and water tastes really weird every couple of days. I make a big pot of tea at night with nettle and red raspberry leaf and ice it the next day! You can add lemon or honey.
    It really helps to keep your fluids up!!! And it doesn’t taste like water 💙💙

    Omgosh. I use to be like you Sez...I use to plan every dam toilet break and breath I took but honestly..once bub comes around its SO HARD. Mine is 7 months old and I'm juuuuusstt getting back to a very loose routine. Every baby is different (bless) and so is every muma but I just had to pause and write this from my heart - don't get too focused on routines and try to allow for things to pop up now slowly before your angel arrives LOTS OF LOVE xxxx

    The prego headaches are the worst! I had them too. Try a magnesium sup like bioceuticals magnesium powder. It tastes so yum and can really help with sleep too. Also try to eat as frequently as you can like don't go longer than 2 hours between meals, this will help heaps xx

    My mom was the same when she was pregnant - craved everything BUT water. So, what we tried was finding healthy alternatives that wouldn't make her feel blah. Try some Sparkling Water (including flavored ones), Watermelon Juice (fresh squeezed preferably), and other alternatives that sound good to you! So happy for you (:

    I got those intense headaches around that part of my pregnancy too. My midwife told me to drink 8 oz of hot water, a whole lemon squeezed in and some cayenne. It helped most of the time!

    Ginger tea, snaps or anything ginger helps with nausea. Also maybe freeze some lemon, lime or (juiced) berries and freeze them in trays, drop them into your water to make it more interesting?

    I got hormone headache’s when I was in early pregnancy (now 26 weeks)! Drinking lots of water and an ice pack on my head and the back of my neck helped a lot! Also, napping. Usually, I could go to sleep and wake up without the headache, so it could also be due to your lack of sleep 😴

    I was like that with both my pregnancies, every time I drank water I got ridiculously nauseous. I tried to just sip it, anytime I took big gulps or anything I got sick but I hope it gets better for you 😊

    Sez, when I was preg, I couldn't stand water either. So my doc recommended having lots of veg/fruits with high water content so I didn't get dehydrated. So I ate lots of melons and cucumbers. Also, I switched to fizzy/seltzer water and added cucumber or lemon (or both) to give flavor. Obvs, you can add whatever you like to the water. I was partial to cucumber and lemon bc I loved the clean, fresh flavor. But hope those tips help!❤️

    What is it like for dogs living in hot countrys? In England we always reccommend not walking dogs during the day because the concrete is too hot and can burn their pads. I know in some places like Arizona, dogs have to wear little booties to protect their feet. Is this the same as Australia or is it not a concern? :)

      I'm from Australia and was a veterinary nurse. If its really hot most of the time its advised to keep pets indoors or under shade. Although lots of ppl dnt.

      I live in Australia. When it’s really hot, we don’t walk our dogs during the day, only at night or early morning. I usually put my hand on the concrete to test how hot it is first :)

      I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, US and I will see people walking their dogs when it’s 100F+ (38 C I believe) and it makes me livid. This summer it got up to 119F/48 C, it’s crazy. We’re told to put the palm of our hand to the concrete, if it’s at all uncomfortable then it certainly won’t be comfortable for the doggo. I will say they dogs are a bit more used to the heat because it’s hot here all the time. I’m guessing with her being right by the water it probably wasn’t too bad 😊🐶

      Lol we’re only just getting out of winter so it’s not hot so nah it’s not a concern at the moment but if its like hot obvi no ones taking their dogs out for walks bc at some points our own shoes melt on the concrete

    Abby is SUCH good training for a baby, wait til you have a toddler getting in your bed in the middle of the night and sleeping sideways 😴. 10 minute daily HIIT sessions are my savour since becoming a mum!
