Here to say that this video worked! Thank you OP, and to anyone else with the same phone issue, worry no longer! Fix is only temporary.. the issue comes back, despite the assistive touch being on. I believe I’ll have to go to an apple store.

This didnt work. The fact that this is a software issue and that people are actually just giving up easily and going out to buy a new phone is pathetic. This is by design and being no fix is just so unethical.
@Duct Tale It somehow went away slowly. And my phone is now a lot better. But I did notice some power-hungry apps heat up my phone and then it goes stupid for a while. I just stop using it so it cools down. But since I posted that reply it magically stopped being so damn annoying. Also, it seemed to have taken 4 iOS updates to fix it.
@Duct Tale Not perfect as it still randomly ghost types..but hardly ever. It does heat up though if i am using it for a long time and then starts ghost typing.

I would definitely recommend, when doing a phone fix tutorial just lay your phone on the bed and use your finger😂😂

You have to change the speed of your typing or alter the delay time until u find one that suits you

I tried to dial 666 and FaceTime that number and the ghosts answered the call.
I have iphone 6 and cant find " Touch accomodations" in settings, also cant see what you are doing as you have phone turned away from camera...
It worked it was a instant fixs

I put on "ignore repeat" too, and it seems to be fixed, fingered crossed it stays lilke this.

You can alter the touch time... You should be able to stop the ghost touch that way but it makes the phone harder to use
