Brandy Olalia was homeless as a child before entering the California foster care system. After years of foster homes, group homes and neglect, she ended up being sent to Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families.

You can definitely tell that she was hurting at one time, notice the scars on her right arm at 3:15 indicating that she was a so called cutter. Poor young girl. 😔

I was sent there and spent years there. I will tell you i saw abuse from staff there first hand. Its not the innocent place they portray.

Foster care needs to die seriously. All they do was taught the foster children to go to prison and end up homeless with no chance of touching money or be in a house ever at all.
