Rockhopper Brake Upgrade Update

In this video I talk about a problem I encountered after upgrading my brakes to 203mm front and 180mm rear. After making the swap I started getting pulsing in my front brake. After doing some research I found that other people run into the same kind of problem but didn't have a cause or cure. After some diagnostic work I think I found the cause, what I observed when braking is that my fork was flexing, and my lever would pulse each time my fork would flex. I may try putting the rotor from my Stumpjumpper on and see if it still pulses, I'm pretty confident that it will because I believe that the stanchion are to small, I'm thinking a fork with 32mm stanchions is the smallest you can go and use 200/203mm rotors.
