I am a student of vedantu of class 12 commerce and I am actually much much satisfied with Bst and eco teachers they are just wonderful but at the same time my accounts progress did not increase shayad I have to work hard!!
But they really work hard for our progress , we are practiced to many variety of questions and stuffs... but they do combine batches I agree with that!
I joined vedantu in 10th and it was an amazing experience with amazing master teachers like harsh priyam sir, abhishek kr sir etc and I also joined vedantu this year for my jee preparation and I am proud to be a vedan

Btw, my ex employer also laid me off in the month of February, and it's been 6 month the HR doesn't reply on email or receives phone call, they are not providing my experience letter, leave the variable pay aside. They are not giving my 30,000 bonus pay, experience letter. They laid off almost 30 employees in previous 3 months just before appraisal. You are absolutely correct, they should shut down business if they are not able to pay their employees which has been mentioned in CTC. So, basically I have understood that corporates are gonna exploit employees until we collectively raise our voice, and if we try to do so then then the upper management will unite and try to supress our voice. There should be strict labour laws for these corporates.

Firing employees has been common with Byjus, unacademy, and Vedantu, but compromising with variable pay and not validating a proper reason for resignation is too bad. In fact, it's against work ethics. Even though my experience of JEE prep at Vedantu has been gud, I'm open in saying Vedantu did not do the right thing with you. Bro same problem i also faced, before enrollment we were informed that if we face to study in Vedantu they will refund all our money but after 1 month when i asked my money to refund as i faced difficulty to study, they told me that Vedantu doesn't have refund policy. But but we had all the call recording ad the proffs that they had said they will refund our money if we face difficulties to study in Vedantu. So after having proffs also we had to face many difficulties in getting our money refund.

This 75% attendance were not informed to us this we got know when we ask our money refund as we are facing difficulty to study in Vedantu.
Seperation agreement is always better than resigning yourself. Variable pay of course was pro rated, and at most places it is not paid out if you resign voluntarily. Not only Vedantu the entire edtech business is fucked up.
Actually the main reason is all covid protocol has been ended and all offline classes have been started. So not so much students are admitting. Thats why they are suffering from lack of funds. So they have to remove or fire employees without any reason.
I am following vedantu TH-cam channels like vedantu math and vedantu 9 and 10 I don't know about the management but the teachers teaching in vedantu are really amazing and inspiring And uhh should definitely raise your voice against the wrong if it is true

Listen to me kid, when an employee joins a company he is not the slave of the company, there is a mutual agreement between the employee and the employer that the employee will share his skills and in return the company or the employer will give an agreed amount of money. No one is doing any favours on any one and this is the reason this whole deal is called a job agreement not a job donation. If an employee is giving what he agreed for and still the company is not performing well that is not his/her fault. The company is legally obliged to pay as per the agreement irrespective of what their revenues are. Because that's not the job of a single employee to take care of everything and manage everyone's job. It is the company's responsibility to identify where it is lacking and fix it. So stop giving this nonsense that every company goes through this and bla vla

Hi Mam! I am Sanskar a dropper student and jee aspirant. I joined Vedantu after mu class 10th in the year 2020. When I joined I was in Drishti-E and it was an English batch. For around 6 moths i.e., till the month of November 2020 everything was going very smooth and I was the topper of my batch. I had the feeling that on this platform I will shine and I will crack jee very easily but then in the month of December 2020 our sessions for school exams started which I guess happens till date and every Vendant will agree to me one this that those sessions are combined ones. From there things started to change for me and my entire batch! Our regualr sessions were trimmed and we used to have only 1 hour sessions instead of 2. Daily new teacher used to come to take our sessions. Even during lockdown they priotised school when it was the peak time for Jee class 11th revision and to take foundation class for 12th. Then they introduced some sort of talent hunt where we used to attend classes and give quiz to earn points and they said that daily table topper will get gifts and a trip to NASA!! In all this they forgot about JEE!! We as kids also became enthusiastic and forgot about jee, Then when 12th started, our faculties were changed, my entire batch was shuffled and I was in sankalp-B[English] in arvind kalia sir,s batch. I was happy that I got an awesome teacher like him but there were 350 to 400 students in that one single batch! Our doubts were never catered. Even the class teacher our doubt faculty was a complete mess! I used to cry because there was a time when I used to think that I will crack Jee Advanced and get a seat in IIT but instead I had doubt for even jee mains. Then I took a bold decision and left Vedantu in between and joined another institute where in 4 months I got back my confidence and cleared Jee Mains with 97.2 percentile and got AIR 14321 in Jee Advanced! I took a drop and I am a dropper student in the same institute I joined later on and I have my confidence on peak that this time I will crack IIT! When I heard you I felt as if in between I am narating my own story of batches being merged and all. My full support and love to you mam! Best wishes for you and you family! Drishti JEE Batch A and B is the Best and Top Batch because they got good quality material and good experiences & qualified teachers.... Drishti C and D is Worst One... So, I am in Drishti D Batch, it's was very bad experience because I didn't get good quality of material and get low experience teacher because they are post graduate of engineering last year ....

Mam if you would run this company and offline classes resumed back to normal then will you be able to pay teachers their salary without firing them just to become good in the eyes of teacher? Also the number of students has decreased in most of the classes. What will vedantu do if teachers are not getting adequate number of students in the classes? When covid time started vedantu did it's best to promote online tutoring courses and people who were studying and also unemployed got a chance to earn money while living in home. Be thankful that you were one of those teachers who got paid during covid time while most teacher who were in teaching profession had very rough day for last 2 years. I am part time time teacher in vedantu since 2019 and I am still lucky to be part of this organization as no other companies hire B. Tech graduate without proper B. Ed degree.
I was thankful to them for giving me job during covid But my query is why they have fired only me from total 4 teachers of same subject What criteria they have followed? Why my variable pay is not paid ?
Good organization cannot take risk of firing all 4 along with you mam. They have not removed all full time CTs but yes majority of them has resigned. Firing you can be very random like pick any one in which students are less. If vedantu wants then they could have shown multiple mistake during classes and tell that you are not fit for this job but they did not take the tough road which could hurt you before leaving this organization. They confronted you in the right way not hiding reality behind it. Also there is a reason why variable pay is called VARIABLE pay and not fixed pay. They paid you but not as per your expectations but they do gave one month additional payment without any work. I am also feeling sorry for my friends who were recently removed but take this as a good experience. You are already very talented 😊 Vedantu can never be the last stoppage in your career.

Firing employees has been common with Byjus, unacademy, and Vedantu, but compromising with variable pay and not validating a proper reason for resignation is too bad. In fact, it's against work ethics. Even though my experience of JEE prep at Vedantu has been gud, I'm open in saying Vedantu did not do the right thing with you.

Bro same problem i also faced, before enrollment we were informed that if we face to study in Vedantu they will refund all our money but after 1 month when i asked my money to refund as i faced difficulty to study, they told me that Vedantu doesn't have refund policy. But but we had all the call recording ad the proffs that they had said they will refund our money if we face difficulties to study in Vedantu. So after having proffs also we had to face many difficulties in getting our money refund.

This 75% attendance were not informed to us this we got know when we ask our money refund as we are facing difficulty to study in Vedantu.
Seperation agreement is always better than resigning yourself. Variable pay of course was pro rated, and at most places it is not paid out if you resign voluntarily. Not only Vedantu the entire edtech business is fucked up.

Actually the main reason is all covid protocol has been ended and all offline classes have been started. So not so much students are admitting. Thats why they are suffering from lack of funds. So they have to remove or fire employees without any reason.

Hi Mam! I am Sanskar a dropper student and jee aspirant. I joined Vedantu after mu class 10th in the year 2020. When I joined I was in Drishti-E and it was an English batch. For around 6 moths i.e., till the month of November 2020 everything was going very smooth and I was the topper of my batch. I had the feeling that on this platform I will shine and I will crack jee very easily but then in the month of December 2020 our sessions for school exams started which I guess happens till date and every Vendant will agree to me one this that those sessions are combined ones. From there things started to change for me and my entire batch! Our regualr sessions were trimmed and we used to have only 1 hour sessions instead of 2. Daily new teacher used to come to take our sessions. Even during lockdown they priotised school when it was the peak time for Jee class 11th revision and to take foundation class for 12th. Then they introduced some sort of talent hunt where we used to attend classes and give quiz to earn points and they said that daily table topper will get gifts and a trip to NASA!! In all this they forgot about JEE!! We as kids also became enthusiastic and forgot about jee, Then when 12th started, our faculties were changed, my entire batch was shuffled and I was in sankalp-B[English] in arvind kalia sir,s batch. I was happy that I got an awesome teacher like him but there were 350 to 400 students in that one single batch! Our doubts were never catered. Even the class teacher our doubt faculty was a complete mess! I used to cry because there was a time when I used to think that I will crack Jee Advanced and get a seat in IIT but instead I had doubt for even jee mains. Then I took a bold decision and left Vedantu in between and joined another institute where in 4 months I got back my confidence and cleared Jee Mains with 97.2 percentile and got AIR 14321 in Jee Advanced! I took a drop and I am a dropper student in the same institute I joined later on and I have my confidence on peak that this time I will crack IIT! When I heard you I felt as if in between I am narating my own story of batches being merged and all. My full support and love to you mam! Best wishes for you and you family! P.S: To all thoses saying Vedantu is the best platform and blah blah!! My entire class 11th batch is a full proof that Vedantu crushed all our dreams! No disrespect to the teachers as they are always greater than GOD for me! But the organization needs to correct itself!

Mam if you would run this company and offline classes resumed back to normal then will you be able to pay teachers their salary without firing them just to become good in the eyes of teacher? Also the number of students has decreased in most of the classes. What will vedantu do if teachers are not getting adequate number of students in the classes? When covid time started vedantu did it's best to promote online tutoring courses and people who were studying and also unemployed got a chance to earn money while living in home. Be thankful that you were one of those teachers who got paid during covid time while most teacher who were in teaching profession had very rough day for last 2 years. I am part time time teacher in vedantu since 2019 and I am still lucky to be part of this organization as no other companies hire B. Tech graduate without proper B. Ed degree.

Good organization cannot take risk of firing all 4 along with you mam. They have not removed all full time CTs but yes majority of them has resigned. Firing you can be very random like pick any one in which students are less. If vedantu wants then they could have shown multiple mistake during classes and tell that you are not fit for this job but they did not take the tough road which could hurt you before leaving this organization. They confronted you in the right way not hiding reality behind it. Also there is a reason why variable pay is called VARIABLE pay and not fixed pay. They paid you but not as per your expectations but they do gave one month additional payment without any work. I am also feeling sorry for my friends who were recently removed but take this as a good experience. You are already very talented 😊 Vedantu can never be the last stoppage in your career.
