I do like how they opened up the multi verse possibilities in Spiderman It was a cool way to blend the reason why they kept changing the actors, even in hulk now, and It opens the door for so many spin offs and new characters! I also like seeing venom introduced to Spiderman world, and how they had hints of the x men combining into a possible storyline.
The Living Tribunal is by far the most powerful in the MCU, and will stay that way until someone like the Beyonder appears or some powerful artifact makes a show.

So the only thing that could explain it is Dumb Plot Point in other words the writers did an ass pull to have Doom defeat the Beyonders.

First thing, if I am not mistaken, The Living Tribunal actually has 4 faces. The 4th face resides in the back of his head, which is fully covered. It's appearance is of the person that The Living Tribunal is actually judging. (Judge thy self) Normally the living Tribunal is used when something goofy happens that they can't fix in the comics, so he comes in and fixes it. I would like to see The One Above All come in to play. Yes, it doesn't makes sense because he can do anything. But...I would like to see him in one of the Spiderman movies. Peter lost his mother is the comics kind of like in the movie. It would be cool if he is really depressed after this. He lost his friends and pretty much everyone. I think The One Above All could come in and talk to him at the very least and tells him this is the path I have set for you. Maybe even bring Uncle Ben come into his life. I don't think they have actually said Uncle Ben was dead. So they could bring him back, and he is the only one that remembers him. I think it would be very cool if he brought Aunt May back instead, like she didn't get killed. And she remembers him. That would be way cool.

Thanos in the Infinity stone saga was going to destroy and take Infinitys place in 616. That was way too small scale for him, a few universes getting killed by ultron really isn't much on his scale. Especially considering it's all happening within the interior multiverse of earth 19999 which means it was basically a fraction of a timeline of a single universe. It really doesn't matter that much to him
