Comfortably based in the vigor and potency of Hanoi, Vietnam, he has spent time performing live and DJing throughout the country and has landed plays in the radio-sphere via Hanoi Community Radio, where he now finds himself as host of the monthly radio show, “Tộc Âm”.
Focusing on events series that aim to push the scene forward, outward, and even inward, by showcasing club music that is rooted in, or representative of, the folk and traditional music of cultures around the world by carefully selecting DJs and performers who are specialists in their respective sonic cultural heritage.
Sharing his favorite sounds with crowds throughout Vietnam, Barringer is non-genre conforming; truly a DJ that bleeds the words, “music without borders”.
