Were you giving full throttle? I’m thinking on getting a 883 but I do a lot of highway (45 mins to be exact) every day to go to work. And go between 65 and 85 miles per hour. How is it passing cars and merging?
Yes full throttle. It’s doable passing and merging but the bike prefers to go 80 vs 90 or above. I think the stability (or lack thereof) in regards to the tendency to want to get speed wobble into the bars and the very low and minimal travel suspension is a bigger consideration than power. It can go on the freeway but for that long of a ride I would choose something else.
