    Thanks for posting. I called the it support team and they explained it. Unfortunately i forgot how to do it by the time i got home. Thanks for the quick video to help us out.

    I'm trying this now. Hopefully it works. Wednesday May 3, 1:30pm. Hooked up for charging. Current status, red light is blinking on the charging case. I'll come back here and give my feedback of this worked after couple of hours.

    It is not working for me.
    Had the same problem with two different pairs now and I don‘t want to deal with this anymore.
    Finally decided to upgrade and got the Sony Wf1000xm4.
    Not buying a Jabra product ever again.

      I tried many things also. In the end I bought another Jabra Elite Active 2. No issue so far

      No. In my case no. Try the steps explained. Maybe you are more lucky

      It didn't work for me. These are some basic steps to follow received from jabra support team before they declared the earbuds dead and offered a replacement. Too bad I did not have the receipt to go further with the process

      Warranty is 2 years but you need to have the receipt in order to acces it.

      Try to deplete the batteries of the buds and try again to charge it for the night. Otherwise I can suggest to you to contact jabra support and write to them.
