I use to install monier tile which and can leak. Best method is solid plywood on rafters; then felt on the plywood, 1x3 nailers on rafters left location and 1x3 nailers in the rafter nailers. Roof tiles on nailers. Should a leak occur water will run down the felt under layment freely without obstruction and not ruin the interior of the house.

第一樓房子內地面在還沒有鋪水泥之前要鋪塑膠在水泥下防潮濕！第一樓地面要做這防潮塑膠大的！如果來不及在貼磁磚之前在水泥上放塑膠再貼磁磚！二樓有鋼筋水泥不做二樓可惜啊！
问题多了！footer用红砖砌，上面再做foundation，能结实吗？一层地面subfloor不做防水不绑钢筋，反潮不说，它开裂不是？就是糊弄。

這個，哈哈，1.中國處於環保嚴禁使用紅磚，而且施工成本貴。2.只是做一層，還蓋了瓦片，頂部其實不用澆築混泥土，這個成本太高了，直接可以再房子內部掉石膏板頂就可以。

蓋房子要挖地基，地基要用鋼結構加混泥土，你們的地基好簡陋，經不起狂風暴雨，土石流
不要用台湾的眼光看待别人，有的地方根本不会有泥石流，因为处于内陆根本不会有台风，处于高地势再大的雨也不会被淹
地基是砂岩上，学名叫：粗粒砂岩，丘陵地区，没有泥石流的。

我其实很难理解为什么每间屋子都不相通，比如总有客厅和卧室吧，或者还有厨房，都隔断成一间一间的，还得从外面走，不麻烦吗？
可能房间隔着好几个卧室吧，然后卧室如果相通隔音就不好了。还有可能就是以前小时候的老房子就是这样的，有点怀旧感
