I wonder why you have to use heavy concrete as ceiling when you are covering it with a tile roof anyway. It is a well built structure but not cheap by any means.
Fire and Hurricane proof construction. Also note that bricks are used for structure purpose unlike in the US for decorative purpose. I bet if this house were in the coast of FL near the ocean, it would have a good chance to survive a strong hurricane with its structure integrity. And if it were in Malibu, it might survive the last fire ( no wood or plastic on the outside to catch fire) With materials and labor like this, it would cost $1 Mil US dollars to start.
on my opinion, the roof wouldve been enough to prevent heat from coming in, there's no need to build a slab for the roof, then cover it again. But maybe you guys have a good reason for that?

You seem invested in the house, sorry if I offended you.. You are more than welcome to write, when the house settles/sinks, I am quite sure it will. And if this was cheap, I think I would like your concrete contacts - because it seems over dimensioned (the wrong places, where it makes least sense) and the construction execution seem subpar 😅

this is not low cost this is very high cost for a non-storey building, indeed the base of the building is quite cheap but then the top part is very sturdy and strong it must be high cost even though it only supports the roof frame. the title of this vlog does not match the reality.
What a huge waste of material on the foundation wow, They should have brought in lots of dirt and gravel much much cheaper and start the foundation at a much higher height instead of wasting all of those bricks and steel under the soil to build on top of that makes zero sense. Then they build a mickey mouse house looks like a bath house or garage however very nice finish I guess.
I like how all the water from the roof runs in the neighbors backyard
Nice Job Nice work, I wish you more brilliance and creativity
I appreciate your support!
I am very impressed by your hard work and creativity. You build beautiful houses with simple means, whereas we westerners use expensive machines.
Thank you. Your comments are a great inspiration to us.
That's one hellacious foundation!
Fantastic, this is so amazing, you could solve the worlds housing crisis, I am so so impressed, greetings from Grandpa Pete from France 🇫🇷, 🙏💕👍👍👏🏽👏🏽🏅
Thank you
@@DoiThoXayVlog onde construíram essa edificação? Qual país?
Concrete works alone would cost me fortune here in the Philippines
Thank you

A stoneage build it might be okay for a stable or a store but not human habitation in europe you would be laughed at but i liked the video ❤
Neither cheap or amazing, but very well built.

Thank you for your comment, the concrete slab is very important for the house's structural integrity.
for upgrade house later too right?
concrete ceilling because storm hit every year. And use tile roof because there has 40C summer heat.
Nice 😮. Admire "ingenuity 😊.
Great camera work! I like you walking the top of the walls. Be careful!!!

Wish America was free to use materials like this...code enforcers would be all over this shutting it down for now reason

cheap house. Yeah right.
I see over a half a million dollars worth of concrete , bricks, steel and a dozen labourers for 35 days.

If U call this the cheapest house you must be joking.
Is the structure strong enough to hold the weight of the concrete roof in a 7.0 earthquake?

Weather proof? They know what they’re doing, plus the costs are way less that in the US.
Thank you for your comment, the concrete slab is a common practice for houses in this region.
