Get yourself some chickens. It can get a bit mucky, but we have a run that we move around every few weeks, our garden isn't much different to yours. They fertilise the land well, and the kids love them. We get four fresh eggs every morning and we cherish our girls. Very yellow yolks and such a money saver 😂❤

Make a chicken noodle soup it works great for flu and colds. Orange juice lots of citrus juices instead of juice that is watered down. Marc you do a fantastic job shopping. Hope all are feeling better. Even more juices then normal.

Have you ever tried just getting the powdered base you can get a huge tin for $26 and it probably does about 30 or 40 L or more per gallon per can saves a lot of money and convenience and you only add it to hot or cold water even add some to a cup when you’re not feeling well and want a cup of broth
Next time you go to Trader Joe’s, consider buying nutritional yeast! You can add it to any of your soups or pastas. It tastes like cheddar and adds a ton of extra nutrients to your meals.
4 lg cucumbers 2 16 oz sour cream Garlic salt Paprika Peel and shred cucumbers with a cheese grater, then use your salad spinner to drain liquid from cucumbers, add sour cream and mix well. Add garlic salt and paprika to taste. Sprinkle extra paprika on top. We like to eat with Ruffles! 0:01 0:01

Maybe with a family so large there isn't as much need for this as everything gets eaten. We are a family of 4 with only 3 of us left at home so we need to make sure to eat things in the back of the cabinet and bottom of the freezer.
