    Part 23: • Math Hoffa: I Pulled t...
    Part 25: • Math Hoffa & Vlad Argu...
    --------
    Math Hoffa and Vlad engaged in a candid discussion about issues of guns and crime. Observing that gun possession often leads to serious, unwarranted problems and unnecessary jail time, Vlad urged listeners to understand the perils of owning a gun. He pointed out that a gun's presence often results in escalated violence in scenarios where non-aggression should have been the response. Hoffa, reflecting on an incident where he fired shots, agreed that he had acted out of weakness and emotional charge. Vlad emphasized that without a gun, outcomes can drastically change. Furthermore, Vlad also delved into the legal perspective, mentioning a case of self-defense that led to murder charges due to the individual's inability to afford competent legal defense. Both men concluded by urging listeners to think about the potential consequences of gun ownership and use.

    What Vlad is saying about people tolerating less while carrying a gun is statistically false. Millions of concealed carry weapon holders in the United States and the overwhelming majority do not react this way. In fact it does the opposite. When you carry a firearm you typically show more restraint considering you now possess the ability to inflict lethal force upon somebody. @vladtv

      What if that place is your own home? Should people not go home if they think they need a gun to protect their home? Also, some people carry guns everywhere because you never know where/when you’re gonna need it. I don’t have a gun but I’ve had 3 very close calls that make me feel dumb for not getting one. All three involved me driving for Uber. 2 of the situations were people outside of my car, 1 was an actual passenger. 99% of the rides I wouldn’t need a gun, but there’s few rides that make me realize it’s better to have one than to not. You don’t want to be in a situation when someone pulls a gun on you or threatens to, and you don’t have one yourself.

    • @dawb86
      @dawb86 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      wrong lol. the point of carrying is to protect yourself in an extremely hostile situation. what, you not supposed to pull out your gun if a dude's running at you with a machete cause he didn't also have one? did you "take it too far" pulling out the gun? 😂 any time a gun's involved it's a tricky subject because let's face it, if a young white male in America pulls out and shoots someone dead, thanks to public perception through years of psychological conditioning he is more likely to be believed as only intending to defend his livelihood whereas a young black or brown man is considered more reckless, violent, and to have taken the gun out with bad intentions in the first place.

    • @smoove8125
      @smoove8125 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@dawb86 depending on the state you would get fried in court. Math is from ny and ny has no stand your ground so you are expected to try to flee before using deadly force, there is no gun against you so the argument would be made that you didn’t need to shoot. If he has to run to you then you can run away, you just typed this whole paragraph about black and white perception and you would still as a black man pull a gun when its not 100% necessary…..they would fry you so fast. Now in a stand your ground state its different but the person in question is not from there therefore it has no relevance to this topic.

    • @dawb86
      @dawb86 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@smoove8125 You doing a whole lot of projecting. I didn't say I would pull a gun when not necessary. I everyday carry mace, a knife, and stun gun because I don't want to carry a gun. Too many people willing to try you regularly and I don't like the fact that the first thing the mind does start going to when confronted with seeming bad intentions is the gun. I'm not even talking about the stand your ground rules. Just the fact you said someone should only pull out a gun if another gun was already present, which made zero sense as SOMEONE has to actually take the gun out first. This isn't an honorable world obviously, everyone's not going to just handle things with words or with the hands...

    vlad wrong on this one, i watched a whole generation from my parents to my grandparents always had a gun on em wherever they went, i think i've only seen any of em pull out maybe 1 time in my life. The difference is they all could fight, the guys that can't fight that carry guns are actually the problem.

      It’s not the guys who can’t fight, it’s the guys who can’t reason, who try to leverage violence and the principle of might is right that are the problem. Weak guys are low hanging fruit to criticize, but the culprits are the men who leverage violence over reason, gun or not.

    He showed up for a conversation with a gun knowing it could go left and I bet knowing he had that gun; gave him the courage to speak however he felt .
    And of course it was going to go left because you had a gun and anything close to disrespect was going to warrant pulling it out, out numbered or not.
    You got a gun, they don't know , of course they ain't know , but you knew you had a gun and if they tried you , you was gonna pull it out.
    You see how these dudes think, the mere fact you have a gun on you will cause things to go left, he proved Vlads point, precisely!
    He capping , I'f we gone talk, it's not gonna be with ya homies and me by myself , thats foolish at that point ; now you need a gun, so technically you put yaself in a bad situation for something to go left.

      lol math ain’t making sense. Mf said he was outnumbered and he came to talk. And he had to pull it out on somebody that had his back turned haha yea he came wit a gun just like how tax came wit a gun and he dragged tax for doing it. He went with a gun cuz a nigga was talking crazy on the internet. He already admitted that. So no justifying math. Just accept you was weak

    'Only weak people pull out guns'?! As opposed to trying to run down on a man when you have your boys with you and outnumber him? Ave thought he had the advantage because he had the numbers Tax had an equalizer. When you're the aggressor you don't get to dictate how the other guy reacts to your aggression.

    I strongly dig all these hard conversations and point of views in these clips from both Vlad and Math. I hope theres no ill feelings between them after this cuz this is ppls OPINIONS... we all have our right to feel how we feel about situations. Vlad clearly has shown from MAAAANNY interviews he has thick mf skin.... i think Math is getting there but ive learned that Math has very little to 0 tolerance for disagreements. Hes passionate about his views on things ( like many ppl) but you gotta learn to let it go and accept differences and not feel challenged or belittled if someone pulls your card on something that would go against something you just said. Humility is part of growth
