This episode is super old like over 5 years lld. You can't buy that many at one time. They do have websites they help. They post deals and tell you what the deal is down to the store, what coupon and the limit you can buy. I used to coupon.
Husband lost his job and biggest worry was not being able to have drinks with girlfriends? GTFOH. I remember when this show initially aired and all the controversy surrounding her segment.
She fckn crazy. Her biggest worry was not being able to drink with her friends? So being homeless n hungry wasnt ur biggest concern or ur kids. Btch.u need a new hairstyle n wardrobe.
it's funny also how she think she's looks like she has a lot of money. i work with the filthy rich; the disney family, the sharpie family, the general mills family. she looks clearance at best 😂
If she keeps it all, then what about expiration dates? There's no way that this family would go through a lot of items, because they'd expire before she could use them.
@@truthhurts7889 I truly hope so. There's a great need for food, to feed American's that have nothing. No job. No home. Families living on the streets. Very sad.😔

This woman has been called out by the couponing community for using fraudulent coupons and for glittering aka using coupons on things that don’t match. She’s unethical. Shame on TLC.
First that there's a community of these mentally ill people is amazing. Second, this isn't 1980, the cashier don't need to verify if you bought something, the register reads the barcodes, can't trick the computer.
Makes no sense to do this if you aren’t actually using it, just storing it. Some of them spend up to 8 hours at supermarkets. They always get cereal too, you would never use enough that it doesn’t go stale
It’s always amazing all the time, and effort to they put into getting coupons. I feel like she could have put all that effort towards getting a job and that would have been more beneficial to her family.
@@fjnxtgdjsjeeh6073 it's not really free, how much time she spents on this and if she had a job instead of couponing then she wouldn't have a stockpile of things she will probably neve use because they will go bad
Where did she put all these 100 yogurt cups?in a gigantic fridge? yogurts expire weekly... you can't eat 100 yogurts in a week or twenty days even if you have ten kids... they will have to eat ten yogurts each of them...in a week. It doesn't make sense buying products just because they have discount by coupons.
@@elettramia6380 I agree, yogurts don’t necessarily have a week’s shelf life, certain brands have a shelf life of about a month (eg. Müller, and they also use ‘best before’ instead of ‘use by’)
You serious?yogurts expire weekly... you can't eat 100 yogurts in a week or twenty days even if you have ten kids... they will have to eat ten yogurts each of them...in a week.. it's sick.
Fun fact: if you don’t disrespect couponers, they’ll actually give you tips on how to save and where to start. That’s what they teach me, sometimes they even give you coupon pages
Many of these "extreme couponers" don't usually do it on this big of scale on a regular basis. Also they did this when the 2007/2008 economic recession happened. So this show is 10 years old. Rules have changed with couponing in the US.
These extreme couponers aren't really saving money though. With the amount of time and effort it takes to do all of this , and considering the percent of "useless" items they get , it pretty much evens out. The time and effort alone put into all of this is the same as working for it.
I need to know what is going on with these people now. No coupons are accepted on paper anymore, and they don't double, so what are these people doing?
If it makes her happy and helps the family ..We don’t know if she tried to get a job herself when her husband lost his job .We certainly can’t buy too much stuff anymore
I'm not paying for 100 dollars on the coupons, it is too much raise a money. I'm poor woman and prefer spending free balance totally free from coupons.
These couponers dont make sense. They usually spend like 30 hours per week clipping coupons and shopping. If they put 30 hours per week into a side hustle/job, they would make more than they would be saving couponing and have less junk, like who jeeds 30 bottles of laundry detergent?
This makes me feel like I could be saving a lot more money. But then again, who has the time and effort to go through all this?!
This is all nonsense. Coupon laws have now been changed drastically.
People without a job..
They don't do this anymore as res have gotten more strict however u could still save alot

It's amazing how supportive the cashier and staff are. We don't have this in Australia
True that
Yeah my mums always talking about how we need coupons in Australia

On camera, yes. Off camera, curses her out.
I lived in Oz for a while, I’m originally from the US, the customer service at Woolworth is nothing compared to here in America 😅
Hoarding isn't okay... Stores don't allow you to coupon this way anymore.
Yup all cause of people who go over board and most of that goes to waste.
It’s because of people like the ones featured on extreme couponing that manufacturers and stores are so strict with coupon usage now.

Back in the day they called it normal life... only they made the stuff themselves
