Hello sir mere Ghar ki sat par Kota stone lagaya huaa hai or 4mm tile specer hai sabhi joint ke bish me or eposy Grout bhi Kiya huaa hai karakoil brand ka fir bhi Ghar me lokege hai Kota stone or eposy ke bish me crack aa gay hai kiya dr. fisit. Se coating karne se sahi ho jayega

हमारे घर में ग्राउंड फ्लोर की roof पर RCC का लिंटर पड़ा हुआ है। इस लिंटर के ऊपर हमने सेरेमिक टाइल्स अभी जून 2023 में लगवाए हैं। सिरेमिक टाइल्स के बीच hairline जितना बहुत मामूली gap है।
टाइल्स को लगवाने में सीमेंट के साथ केमिकल ग्राउट का भी use किया गया था।
अभी बरसात के सीजन में से इस टाइल्स वाली roof में से पानी का लीकेज होकर पानी नीचे कमरे की ceiling में से टपकने लगा जिसके कारण इस कमरे की ceiling में लगा ceiling fan का आर्मेचर फुक गया।
Sir Tiles Adhesive se lagwani chahiye thi with groove.
@@3di912 अब तो खैर सेरेमिक टाइल्स लग चुकी roof पर। अब क्या solution है ताकि इन टाइल्स के डिजाइन को बिना ढके ही इनकी लीकेज को रोका जा सके
आप एपॉक्सी के साथ जोड़ों में ग्लास फाइबर मेस का उपयोग कर सकते हैं...इससे आपकी दीवार को अच्छी सुरक्षा मिलेगी क्रैक से...आप विशेष दिए गए वीडियो को देख सकते हैं

Sir after the tiles have been put, what chemical do we need to apply at the joints to avoid water leakage/seeping
For tile joints always go for epoxy tile grout
I am getting my 🏠 painted externally - walls- after a gap of 12 years. Is there any water proofing material/ compound which can be applied like primer, prior to actual paint ? Does it require to be applied in more than one coat

Brother epoxy is not at all successful in outside area as its get hard during day time within 7 to 8 months its gets cracked. You must use unsanded grout for tile joint

Wo surface ke upar kiya jata hai roofseal jo direct sunlight ke exposure mein rehta hai! 2k or fastflex ki costing plaster krne se pehle ye tiles lgane se pehle neeche ki jaati hai direct exposure nhi hona chahiye air/sunlight se

Sir not experienced coaltar yet..
It's not flexible when cracks will develop with expansion/contraction as per changing weather ! Better to use bitumin or Dr fixit bitufix which is flexible instead of tarcoal

Wrong information
Vitrified tiles or any other glazed tiles are not recommended on terrace. Even if you have done waterproofing.
And we have to always apply self primer coat
