Sir, am a civil Engineer and have extensibily carried out waterproofing in my projects. What you are saying here does not appear correct and csn give you reasons why leakages take place in the first place and how it can be rectified. I have good knowledge of concrete including QC as well as execution. People make a lot of mistakes while laying slabs and waste their hard earned money laying another layer of concrete. Why is concrete porus (best laid concretes still have pores and I can explain why)
