They 110% should’ve made a hellcat, but imo because the hellcat came out around when emission restrictions were getting bad etc it’s just too risky. If everyone gets a 300 hellcat then honestly what’s the point of having a charger hellcat let’s be real… we all know what would be more comfortable and honestly a better sleeper. It would be wonky you’d have a bunch of 300 hellcats and challenger hellcats with minimal charger hellcats. If anything the charger is the reason the hellcats exist so they don’t want to tinker with the heritage. Nonetheless it would be SOOOO COOL to see 300 hellcats I would 100% buy one. Maybe one day when the current gen 300’s go down to about $10kish I’ll build a hellcat for roughly $30k and honestly that would be worth it, but no reason to mess with the older generations they have enough issues lol. If anything it would be sweet to through a hellcat engine in a wrangler that you make a bit wider for the sake of grip. Now that would be unique af and IMAGINE how crazy that would rip in the dunes… you literally could take that beast anywhere at anytime and literally do anything😂😂. It’s just sales tbh that’s all.
