I’m not hung up on race but must say it is nice to see a black preacher who is not whooping and hollering, hemming, and hawing in the pulpit to put on a performance! This is real preaching that you can learn from. Keep doing what you’re doing Corey!
I’ve never in my 44 almost 45 years heard a sermon preached in this fashion. Some might call it boring and dry because there was no hooping and hollering and typical organ playing in the background to stur up some kind of emotion in you. But I found it quite refreshing and authentic. A preacher is a teacher and that’s what Corey did. He preached/teached the word of God. Hallelujah

So my question is, is it okay to listen to some of his sermons? Some of them are helpful, and I know he has that one outlandish stand. But other than that I've been hearing sound teaching.
