I turned $40 into $185 (profit) $590 (sales) within 3 months. In my opinion not awful for a low startup cost and not a lot of time invested since I had low starting capital. What images should we use in product images White background or images in reviews? for better Conversion and sales. What type of images do you use in your listings?
What do you do when you select the “shipping only” for Facebook marketplace? You don’t get paid until it ships right? And don’t you have to have a tracking number? Do you just use the one Amazon gives you? If so, does that not show where the package came from? Also, how do you hide the fact that the item came from Amazon? Most items come in an Amazon box. Also, how do you justify it not ripping the customer off when they could have bought the item on Amazon theirselves? Sorry, hope that’s not too direct. I’m interested in doing this, but genuinely curious.
All great questions! Yes we do shipping only and we only get paid once the item ships. We use a credit card in the meantime. For tracking we just use the one supplied by Amazon. I don’t think Facebook marketplace works in the uk. There are a lot of scammers in the uk version and you can not buy them from Facebook. You have to negotiate and message the seller. And think of a way to pay for example cashapp, PayPal. A lot of people don’t do delivery on Facebook marketplace and mostly collect.
I’m still a little confused with the shipping options when listing items. So I click ‘shipping only’, then it wants me to specify my shipping method. What would I click in this case? Use my own shipping label or prepaid shipping label? Unsure about that part since technically I’m not the one shipping the item. Thanks in advance!!
Probably not, because the shipping option is usually not activated or available for none US residents on FB. If it isn't, you can only sell locally which means dropshipping is off limit...
Hi, I'm from the UK I tried dropshipping on Facebook. I got some views but no one is messaging me to buy the stuff I've listed in the marketplace? Please help.
While I have many students who do live outside the USA and are able to dropship successfully, I'm based in the USA and I'm a citizen here so the course is coming from that perspective. I don't have enough insight to show exactly what to do if you're not in the same position as I am.
@@davidloh7378 No, shipping it's only available for US residents; without the shipping enabled this drop-shipping method wont work. VPN's wont help you; if you do manage to trick Facebook that you are inside the US; you will be capped at $600 in sales for the year until you show them a SS number (Facebook won't accept any other form of identification).
In some cases, there are shipments handled by Amazon delivery services and Facebook marketplace is not set up to validate Amazon tracking numbers. My concern is how to get around this situation and ultimately receive the funds in conclusion of the transactions?
Drop shipping from Amazon to Facebook requires you to have a tracking number to get paid and tons of items don’t actually have a real tracking from Amazon items they only have the TBA tracking so I may not get paid.

On the Facebook marketplace where is the option that says you can ship the product I don't see it and are you allowed to drop ship from Walmart and Amazon unlike you can no longer do that on eBay
Hey Paul:) On Facebook, did you primarily drop ship amazon and Walmart items? Is Ali Express right for Facebook in your opinion, or will customers not be willing to wait that long?
So how do you let customers on FBMP know that you don’t have the item, that they have to order thru our website ~or~ how would they order thru Shopify ??
I don’t believe Facebook marketplace is going to be profitable in long term. Considering how many people are jumping to sell on Facebook marketplace it will get saturated very quickly. We’ve all seen what happened to our margins on eBay but considering Facebook marketplace is a lot smaller in terms of audience size, this gap will be quickly filled with new sellers and therefore slim profit.
Sooo this is using your actual Facebook account... Few questions about that... -Will this stuff appear on my profile where my actual FB friends will be notified what I'm doing? -Does the automation software give 3rd part access to my FB account outside of the Marketplace portion? -Will any VA hired have access to my FB account other than Marketplace? -Is all this basically the same process as eBay Dropshipping? -Does FB care if you practice Dropshipping? .. And how active are they in policing FB Marketplace? -Margins of profit Yeah know as I think about it, I have a LOT of questions, like a bout policies, setting up methods of payment, all the nuts and bolts about how this works and how it integrates into my already exiting FB account.
-Will this stuff appear on my profile where my actual FB friends will be notified what I'm doing? no -Does the automation software give 3rd part access to my FB account outside of the Marketplace portion? which software are you referring to? -Will any VA hired have access to my FB account other than Marketplace? yes -Is all this basically the same process as eBay Dropshipping? yes -Does FB care if you practice Dropshipping? .. Your friends and family can't see your listings unless they follow your commerce profile or they bump into by accident by searching for an item you are selling... but none of that matters; Facebook Marketplace gives you the option to hide listings from people that follow you with a simple check mark at the end of each listings. Facebook is not aware of Dropshipping or what dropshippers do; you can ask 100 customer reps and no one of them will know what you are talking about. Shipping options is extremely new to Facebook; only a few months old. So they don't have the tools or knowledge of how to combat dropshippers like Ebay does after +10 years of dealing with dropshippers. Actually the Facebook system makes it hard to get filled up with dropshippers like Ebay. 1* you need a very old account to sell on Facebook (many years)... Ebay you can start selling in minutes from a brand new account. 2* it's limited to US residents (VPN won't work)... most of the professional dropshippers are from overseas. 3* Facebook payout system; requires you to have a lot of money saved; unlike Ebay that you can get your money a few days... Facebook most of the time you have to wait weeks, because the money won't be released until 3-5 days after the customer gets the package delivered. If you don't have a lot money saved or a credit card with high balance you are not going to be successful.

I have sold over 50,000 products online. Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. And out of those 50, less than 10 left negative feedback about it (most of which I got removed). But this video explains everything in more detail: th-cam.com/video/Jg79EkovPCo/w-d-xo.html

How do we list items on Facebook to drop ship
Hey Paul, I’d like to hear more about the automation and also use ftn for orders where do you get them and did you have any issues with using them?
Drop shipping from Amazon to Facebook requires you to have a tracking number to get paid and tons of items don’t actually have a real tracking from Amazon items they only have the TBA tracking so I may not get paid.
We have solutions for that inside my course

I don’t believe Facebook marketplace is going to be profitable in long term. Considering how many people are jumping to sell on Facebook marketplace it will get saturated very quickly. We’ve all seen what happened to our margins on eBay but considering Facebook marketplace is a lot smaller in terms of audience size, this gap will be quickly filled with new sellers and therefore slim profit.

-Margins of profit
Yeah know as I think about it, I have a LOT of questions, like a bout policies, setting up methods of payment, all the nuts and bolts about how this works and how it integrates into my already exiting FB account.
-Will this stuff appear on my profile where my actual FB friends will be notified what I'm doing?
no
-Does the automation software give 3rd part access to my FB account outside of the Marketplace portion?
which software are you referring to?
-Will any VA hired have access to my FB account other than Marketplace?
yes
-Is all this basically the same process as eBay Dropshipping?
yes
-Does FB care if you practice Dropshipping? .. And how active are they in policing FB Marketplace?
no. they review each listing before it goes live on marketplace
-Margins of profit? you decide I shoot for 40-50% margins
