Shabana Azmi is a successful a star , actress and. Vocal and articulate activist. Always spoke well and shared experiences working with her colleagues as they passed away on live news networks. She keeps hailing changes for women and female gaze perspective, POV. BUT when when the 'Me Too' campaign hit Bollywood some years back, she as an intellectual, feminist, an experienced professional in the film industry since birth, didn't utter a single word , nor did anyone else from her generation of actresses. The young gals in the industry didn't get any support from her generation of actresses to voice against the 'Me Too'. The younger gen had to fight that battle individually by themselves.
And I thought she , the Shabana Azmi, would have said something...but no she didn't - unfortunately.😮
