The crooked FDA approves all kinds of toxic medications that causes death and bans healthy products, why? Because they wants us sick and they want us to be a life time customers for big pharma, saccharine causes cancer, Aspartame kills brain cells, can cause brain tumors, Alzheimers, migraines, loss of memory and cancer, sucralose isn't good either but it is the least harmful of those artificial sweeteners so stevia is the best natural choice.

I started using stevia sweeteners recently, I found 1 brand had some weird side effects like making me hypoglycemic but the other brand doesn't.
found out that the other brand that had side effects has ingredient maltodextrin. Funny part is they labeled the darn thing as green stevia.
So lesson learned is always read the ingredients of these stevia sweeteners and avoid maltodextrin, dextrose, or sucrose, because it will be useless and it will almost be the same as simple table sugar with very mild bitter after taste.

Some of this banning is like the 1906 Pure Food Acts - and what they used back then, and what is being used now. Saccharin was used in tomato ketchup (as a faux sugar sweetener) and banned (and fined as an adulterated food ingredient), and coal tar products were also used (for keeping the tomato ketchup bright red). There was the biggest of Sodium Benzoate lawsuits - of which H J Heinz tomato ketchup capitalized on - by NOT using it - and then advertising that everybody else was using this toxic product - (just like these modern people lawsuiting the users of stevia and getting the product banned, then restored as a different food supplement). Yet, it is now 2022 and looking at our modern food product labels, we see saccharin, aspartame, MSG ("natural flavorings"), Xylitol, Erythritol and Sodium Benzoate being reused (!). Same for all of the many purified petrochemical (just say coal tar) food coloring dyes (Red Dye #40 and Yellow #5 and #6). So what is truth about food products back then - or today - and who is the wrongful adminsitrator about such product ingredients.
And if you have up to (or more) red food dyes (1-40+) and yellow food dyes (1-6+) orange (mixture), green (mixture), blue, purple/violet (mixture), who was right (or is right now) about such current food ingredients.

I need to speak out about the Dangers of Stevia. I’ve lost 150lbs on Keto. Been on it for 4 years. Maintaining my weight for over 3 years I’m a 61 year old, 5’11” male that went from 321lbs to 170lbs. But recently - since December of 2021 I’ve had an issue of low blood pressure - 90/40. I went to the ER 3x’s - resulting in no explanation - all tests came up negative for Heart Disease. I’ve experienced intermittent chest discomfort and Arrhythmias. I went to a 2nd Cardiologist and we found out the culprit is STEVIA. Stevia acts as a vasodilator, as well as a diuretic. I used to make no less than 12 trips to the restroom during the day to relieve myself of fluid. Stevia caused my BNP - indicator for Heart Failure - to go into the 800 levels. I have none of the typical symptoms of heart failure - edema, shortness of breath, but I do have occasional chest discomfort and Arrhythmias. Not good. I’ve since switched to Monkfruit & Allulose as my only sweeteners. I felt better after eliminating Stevia on the first day I eliminated it from my diet. Stevia is hidden in so many “Keto” & “Diet” products on the market, as well as supplements. Your viewers, or patients need to know the dangers of using Stevia. It could’ve killed me. It could kill someone else out there.
It’s not as safe as they say it is. Or, at least the FDA says it is.

The problem with refining any food is that you are taking the product from the plant, which is the only natural and best form of any food. Adding any kind of sweetener to foods only perpetuates addiction to sweets, which is the human way to alleviate stress and as a distraction from deeper personal issues. I learned this the hard way and am so very grateful to be able to eat without any added sugar, though that’s not easy in the US.

Sugar does the same thing to you as alcohol and in Alcoholics Anonymous book living sober they advise you when you desire a drink to suck on hard candy and if you get the DTs to drink orange juice with honey in it but I don't think they have any 12-step programs for sugar

    • @suruxstrawde8322

Actually sugar is chemically addictive, like cocaine or nicotine. Whereas sugar alcohols aren't even metabolized, so any addiction a person gets with one was cause of already extreme mental health and not the sweeteners.
