Damn agulu / anambra is the future Imagine the kind real estate that place will contain , it will give you that nature vibes wow Or rather if they built skyscrapers there it will be beautiful ❤
This place should be green..golf should be introduced here, truck bike ride, horse ride, etc will go well here, dual wide road with walkway and covered drainage with greenery should be introduced also..hope d park that government wants to build here isnt children park to avoid noise and all that...instead i will prefer a world class stadium close to the lake and hotel
@Anambra1st son you are right, the hotel is well maintained and world class given it's location. If things normalize in the region, every other thing will fall in place. I must say that the state is gradually and steady building up it's immovable assets and expanding its internal revenue generated portfolio
For the hotel to be profitable, the state government has to construct a good dualized road like the one in front of the hotel - all the way to Awka. Not the foot paths they have presently from Awka to the Agulu town. If they construct a beautiful dualized road from Awka to the Agulu Lake, that Agulu Lake area could become one of the biggest tourist havens in Nigeria. And many billionaires in Igboland and from abroad would want to have a prime property overlooking the lake - just like Italy's pristine Lake Como. Ignorant Igbo leaders. Tufiakwa!😀
@fredjohnobiajulu6216 Good, let them make sure the road being dualized is wide and beautiful - and not the narrow footpaths Gov Soludo is constructing all over Anambra, with open gutters and no pedestrian sidewalks 😀
The Awka Ekwulobia dual carriage way will increase activities in this hotel. Soludo has foresight! ❤❤❤❤❤
This lake is beautiful wow
Two things cab help here.
1. Industries.
2. Estates

Beautiful. Most beautiful resort in Igboland
When do you plan to stop this fight?
I never knew this lake is such large with branches … indeed a tourist destination but I’m wondering why Peter obi didn’t develop that area

The road is being dualized as we speak. Awka to Agulu and Agulu to Nnewi.
The road to the hotel is being dualise

Plant trees around. That looks dry. The grass should be watered to flourish
There’s enough trees in the hotel
Try and visit for you to confirm
Keep on writing nonsense
