Like a vegetable. So raw or cooked in a variety of ways. Just depends on your preference. They have some recipes right here on TH-cam. You can check them out when you get a chance.

You can prepare the immature fruit like a vegetable. So, as a raw vegetable, you can put it in salads. For the cooked luffa, it's easy to cook, but the method depends on how you want it. The skin is usually peeled and cooked in a variety of ways e.g. stir fry with whatever you want...beef, shrimp, chicken, etc you can eat that by itself or have it with rice for e.g. you can also cook it in soups, stews, curries etc you can cook it with tofu...you can check out some recipes right here on TH-cam.
