    Hi there Dylan, great video just wanted to ask about your other youtube videos that you have referenced (for example at 21:25 when you mentioned your outreach video) there seems to be no video to go to, I don't know whether it is because of my browser extension or the videos are infact not there, but I would just like confirmation on your end if the videos are there, I don't mind searching for them on your channel, just that I would rather know before I use time to look for them, thanks again and have a great day/night

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I can't remember what video I was specifically referring to right now, but I've posted a lot of videos on outreach.
      Here is an example of an outreach strategy and how you can find clients:
      Step 1: Identifying Potential Clients
      a) LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn to identify potential clients by joining relevant industry groups and participating in discussions. This platform allows you to connect with professionals and businesses in your target market.
      b) LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Upgrade to Sales Navigator for advanced search capabilities. You can filter potential clients by industry, company size, location, and role, making it easier to find decision-makers.
      c) Google Searches: Conduct Google searches to find businesses outside of LinkedIn. Use industry-specific keywords, geographic locations, and business directories to compile a list of potential clients.
      Step 2: Research and Personalization
      a) Deep Dive into Each Potential Client: Gather as much information as you can about each potential client’s business, challenges, and industry trends. This information will be crucial for crafting your outreach message.
      b) Use ChatGPT-4 for Hyper-Personalization: Input the detailed information you've gathered into ChatGPT-4 to generate personalized outreach messages. The more specific the details, the more tailored and impactful your message will be.
      c) Leverage WebPilot Plugin in ChatGPT 4: Utilize the WebPilot plugin to analyze each potential client's website. This tool can provide insights into their business model, services, and potential areas for improvement, enabling you to craft even more personalized and relevant outreach messages. Just provide the client’s website address in the prompt.
      Step 3: Outreach Strategy
      a) Email and LinkedIn InMails: Use the contact information obtained from your research to send personalized cold emails or LinkedIn InMails. Your message should briefly introduce yourself, explain how you discovered their business, and clearly state how your drop servicing can solve a problem or add value to their operations.
      b) Offer Specific Benefits: Highlight specific benefits your services offer, such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, or scaling operations, tailored to the client's identified needs or challenges.
      Step 4: Follow-Up
      a) Persistence Pays Off: Follow up with a phone call or another message if you haven’t heard back in a week. This shows your dedication and can often be the push needed for a response.
      b) Keep It Professional and Friendly: Ensure your follow-up is courteous and professional, reinforcing your offer's value without being overly pushy.
      Outreach template example to give you an idea, but with ChatGPT you will be able to personalise it to a great extent:
      “Subject: Enhancing [Client’s Business Area] with Specialized Services
      Message:
      Hi [Client’s Name],
      I recently came across [Client’s Company] while exploring [Industry/Specific Interest]. I was impressed by [Something Noteworthy About Their Business], and it sparked an idea on how we could collaborate for mutual growth.
      Our team specializes in [Your Service], known for [Specific Benefit - e.g., streamlining operations, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction]. Given your company’s [Identify a Challenge or Goal], I believe our services could significantly contribute to your success.
      I’d love the opportunity to discuss this further and explore how we can tailor our solutions to fit your needs. Could we schedule a brief call/meeting to dive deeper into potential synergies?
      Thank you for considering my proposal, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.
      Best regards,”

    If you want to drop service ads and social media marketing on different platforms for clients-how do the clients get the ad that the freelancer made? Like do you just find out what the client wants and tell that to the freelancer and send the client the product, or is it a more complex process. I really need advice

      I cannot provide legal advice, and the regulations regarding minors' ability to engage in business activities vary by jurisdiction/country. However, in most countries, minors are generally not allowed to enter into legally binding contracts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Drop servicing typically involves entering into contracts with clients, which may require legal agreements to be signed. Therefore, you should check with the laws of your jurisdiction or consult with a lawyer or legal expert to determine if you can legally engage in drop servicing as a minor. Additionally, it's important to consider the practical aspects of running a business as a minor, such as managing finances, taxes, and customer relationships, before starting drop servicing.

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is possible to do drop servicing without a laptop or computer, but it would be very challenging. Drop servicing typically involves creating a website, communicating with clients, and managing projects and payments, all of which are difficult to do without a computer or laptop. In order to effectively run a drop servicing business, you will need access to a reliable computer or laptop, as well as internet connectivity. You will also need to be able to use various software tools and platforms to create your website, communicate with clients, and manage your projects and payments. While it may be possible to use a smartphone or tablet for some aspects of drop servicing, it is unlikely to be sufficient for running a successful business. So, if you are serious about pursuing drop servicing, it is recommended that you invest in a reliable computer or laptop.

    Hi, you mentioned that the drop-servicer needs to schedule calls with potential clients. But what if I'm too shy or my English isn't perfect when talking? Will I lose my client? Will my business fail? What other alternative do I have if I don't want to talk by video call or a call? I will purchase your course soon but I'm very bad at public speaking.

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      Here's what you should know about phone calls and selling services:
      Expensive Services: If you're selling costly, high-ticket services, clients will probably want to talk on the phone before buying. They want to be sure before spending a lot.
      Cheaper Services: For less expensive services, clients might just buy directly from your website or be okay with just emails.
      If you're worried about your English:
      - Think about selling to people in your local market where you speak the language. There are successful companies in almost every country and there is often less competition than in an English speaking market.
      - Once your business starts doing well, you could hire a commission-based salesperson who speaks English well. You can pay them a commission for each sale they make instead of paying them per hour or number of calls. However, to hire a salesperson you need to make sure your offer and marketing is good and that they are provided with an effective sales script.
      - You can also partner with someone who’s good in English and would be able to handle that side of business.
      - For written communication, make sure you’re using tools like Grammarly or check your messages in ChatGPT before sending them to your client.
      So, depending on what you're selling and who you're selling to, phone calls might be necessary, but there are also ways to work around language barriers.

I mean where can I go and search for people who are interested in getting the service I will deliver as abviously they are not gonna come by themselves to me. It will be very nice if you answer and hopefully you have understood my question.

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’ve posted many videos on how to find clients in the past. I invite you to have a look at some of them on my youtube channel. In general, there are various marketing methods to find potential clients, both free and paid, which includes social media outreach, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, paid advertising, online directories, networking, SEO, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's important to research which approach will best suit your business needs and target audience. Identifying the target audience is the first step towards finding potential clients. Creating valuable content, paid advertising, and SEO can also help. Cold emailing can be a challenging but effective approach to reach out to potential clients, but it's important to comply with anti-spam regulations and only target those who are likely to be interested. Cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach are perfect for starting and can be done manually for free. Targeting specific industries and using advanced search filters are some ways to find leads for cold email marketing. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool that helps sales professionals find, engage, and sell to potential clients on LinkedIn. It can help identify potential clients, build and manage lead lists, get insights and recommendations, engage with potential clients, monitor and track engagement, and collaborate with the team.

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are a few ways:
      1. Listing Pricing on Your Website: Offers transparency and allows clients to quickly see if your services fit their budget.
      2. Creating Custom Proposals (You can send it in PDF or a word document, there are proposal templates online): After learning the project details from the client, send a tailored proposal. This method adds a personal touch and can be more suited to complex projects.
      3. Sometimes you can just lay out the pricing via email after learning the project specifications
      Choose based on your service complexity and client preferences. Listing prices is straightforward and efficient, while custom proposals provide flexibility and personalization for specific client needs.

    Hi, great video. I was wondering if having a business model that helps other businesses with their marketing could work (SMMA). If so, how would my client get value for their money when both me and the freelancer I hire need profit. Lets say I get 1000 dollars per month for my service. I pay my freelancer 500 dollars for his work. He spends maybe 300 dollars on actually running the ads. Would such a small part of their investment ever pay of?

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      SMMA doesn't work like that. The client needs to pay for the service and provide the money for ad spend, these are separate things, the freelancer shouldn't cover the ad spend.

      To start a drop servicing business, there are a few technical requirements that you need to fulfil. Firstly, having good English language skills is crucial if you want to target clients internationally but not necessary if you want to target a local market. Secondly, you'll need a laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection to effectively communicate and complete tasks. This business model is not really suitable for mobile phones. Additionally, you will need to have a means of accepting payments from international clients, such as PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, 2Checkout, Wise, or Revolut, etc. If you're unsure, simply search for "international payment gateways in [INSERT YOUR COUNTRY]." What do you think of a dropservice website that offers multi-services based on the same theme?

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing

      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      First of all, you don't start any work unless you receive at least 50% upfront payment from the client. You also should never deliver the final service to them unless you receive the final payment first. It is very rare though. At some point, you can also negotiate some terms with the team you want to work with long-term, my team and I split the loss for example. However, it maybe happened a few times the past years. If you're working with someone via Upwork, etc., then you can also receive support from those platforms directly.

      @@DylanSigleyDropServicing I might be ignorant here, but I just don't see any serious business given 50% upfront to some random dude that might be on another continent, specially for anything 5 figures up, without some quite good guaranties, contracts, escrow, you name it. I'm not saying you are lying, it's just that all the videos on this subject leave all the technicalities out of the equation like is no big deal, and like you said in the video, getting clients is easy, anyone can get clients, now getting clients with a dynamic that is actually sustainable, without even a initial capital, is another thing. And sure, you can use upwrok, but that right there will hold your first payment until you get to the milestone. This gives me a lot of "draw the rest of the horse" vibes.

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MIKE0o0o0o This is literally what I've been doing since I first started and this is also what all my students are doing as well, you're not supposed to be a 'random dude', the whole point is to build an agency that looks legitimate and is legitimate and professional. Of course you need to build trust, getting on sales calls with interested prospects was really key at the beginning, nothing can replace genuine human contact, but with time you also have more and more examples to show too as well as testimonials, so it's a journey. You can sign a contract too, nothing wrong with that. No one will start working with no upfront payment, no even any freelancers, so no client is surprised they need to pay if they want some work done. This is my experience and there is no secretes here.

      There is no niche that will give you a guarantee, there are no guarantees in business as it depends mostly on your actions and persistence. I have posted videos about niches I recommend though.

      How the Subcontractor Should Deliver the Website to the Agency:
      Completion and Internal Review:
      - The subcontractor (aka freelancer) completes the website, incorporating all agreed features, content, and design elements.
      - Conduct an internal review to ensure the site meets the project requirements and quality standards.
      Staging for Review:
      - The subcontractor (freelancer) deploys the website on a staging server. The staging environment should closely replicate the live environment but is not accessible to the public.
      - The subcontractor will provide the agency (you) with access to the staging site for review. This will be used during the entire production process until the website is fully approved.
      Agency Review and Feedback:
      - The agency reviews the website for any discrepancies from the client's requirements, design issues, or functional bugs.
      - The agency provides feedback for revisions to the subcontractor based on the client's feedback.
      Final Revisions and Approval:
      - The subcontractor makes any required changes based on the client's feedback that the agency sends to him.
      - Once revisions are complete, the agency gives final approval if they receive a confirmation from the client that no further changes are needed.
      How the Agency Delivers the Website to the Client:
      Preparation for Launch:
      - Decide who will handle hosting. Typically, the client purchases the hosting to ensure they have full control over their website. The agency or subcontractor can provide recommendations on hosting providers if needed. Depending on your agreement with the subcontractor, sometimes the hosting might be handled by them and then transferred to the client.
      - Purchase or confirm the domain and SSL certificate. Again, this should ideally be in the client’s name.
      - Migrate the website from the staging environment to the live server (hosting). The agency might handle this step directly or oversee the subcontractor's work to ensure it's done correctly. Usually with drop servicing, the subcontractor will do it.
      Final Testing on Live Server:
      - The subcontractor and you conduct a thorough testing of the website on the live server to ensure all functionalities work as intended, and the SSL certificate is properly installed and functioning.
      Check for any broken links, ensure that the site is optimized for speed, and confirm that security measures are in place. Here's how the agency can share access details with the client:
      - Use a Secure Sharing Method: Avoid sending sensitive information like usernames and passwords via email. Use secure password managers that allow you to share login details securely. Examples include LastPass, Dashlane, or 1Password. These tools encrypt passwords, so even if someone gains access to the communication, they can't see the actual passwords.
      - Separate Credentials: If possible, create separate login credentials for the client. This way, the client has access only to areas they need to manage, reducing the risk of accidental or intentional changes to the website's core functionalities or settings.
      However, your subcontractor will tell you the best way to send the access to the client and you don't have to worry about it. It will also depend whether the client already has hosting or if you purchase the hosting for them, depending on the package they purchase. The freelancer will be able to answer all your questions with regards to that process as well.
      Client Training and Handover:
      - Provide the client with training on how to manage their website, such as updating content, adding blog posts, or managing e-commerce functionalities, depending on the website type.
      Hand over all necessary credentials securely, including hosting, CMS login, and any other relevant accounts. This should all be given to you by the subcontractor.
      Post-Launch Support:
      - Offer post-launch support for a defined period to address any issues or questions the client might have as they start using their new website.
      - Discuss any ongoing maintenance or support plans with the client (if this is something you want to offer)
      Additional Considerations
      - Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with both the subcontractor and the client throughout this process. Use project management tools to keep track of progress, revisions, and approvals.
      - Documentation: Keep detailed records of all communications, approvals, and revisions. This documentation can be crucial in case of any disputes or misunderstandings.
      - Hosting: The decision on who handles hosting often depends on the agency's business model and the client's preference. Some agencies offer hosting as part of their package, managing it on behalf of the client, while others prefer the client to have their hosting for full control and ownership.How the Subcontractor Should Deliver the Website to the Agency:
Some agencies offer hosting as part of their package, managing it on behalf of the client, while others prefer the client to have their hosting for full control and ownership.
