Looks like this will turn out to be a 3 part topic , someday (hopefully in 1 week) i'll also cover the lvl 61 values but until then have fun staring at the low lvl ones... even if u may be 62 at the time of watching this idc :O
Easy answer : Bandits/Fogans/Nagas are still the best grind spots for exp...Sausans is the best one for SP and the rest are trash that gets to sit somewhere inbetween , have fun watching o/
I wonder if in 2020/2021 if i still play Black Desert then will i see any different results or is this it ? ... i guess only time can tell xD

@@sneakybanana448 Just wait events and buy tri blue awakening weapon and pri all of the other items,grind helms while waiting and you will easily get 160ap end of this month :)
what you left out is that a brand new player that has never played the game before will not have enough silver to buy and tier up the gear needed to get past 160 AP/200 DP which is minimum to start doing Valencia stuff past lvl 56, i found that a ultimate TRI weapon/awakening/offhand is needed to reach just over 160AP and also at least 3 peaces of armor at ultimate TRI as well to hit 200 DP. Ofc if you are getting carried it doesn't matter much what your AP/DP is but not every new player has that luxury. I see you started your 1-60 grind here already having 160 AP which no brand new player is going to have so i would say this guide is more for leveling alts then for brand new players
theres so many events going nowdays that you can get hundreads of millions (as a new player too) in a matter of hours/days. BDO isnt what it used to be and new players dont have to worry about gear too much, its easy to get duos (whats needed for 200+dp and 160+ap), and you dont really need to buy all the gear since the main questline gives some pretty good stuff, there was also a free+15 liverto box (dunno for what) so yeah that too. you could get all that gear by just doing missions till 56

Btw Duo, Mediah region has an AP cap, meaning you won't do more damage to monsters past a certain point, that's why wandering rogues, sausans, the hyena dudes, are kinda tough. And nagas aren't
With the training books you could be Lev 60 with 120--150 AP .
Some of those areas in your survey wouldn't be doable for most classes if so.

This changed? I tried all this. Been 1 shotting nagas on olvia server and its damn slow. Got like 15% in 2 hours and im lvl 57. Dunno what im doing wrong or am i doing anything wrong. Stacked up xp as much as possible.
This whole time I was mind blown with the graphics compared to my crappy console version :/ I guess only pro is that every is new and I got a chance to rank among the top guys...

Best exp spot: Gahaz, Gahaz, Gahaz.
Why? because there's no point in grinding only exp, its not efficient.
Sacrificing some exp per hour for 25m-35m an hour is so much better.
The exp at gahaz is maybe 70-80% of fogans. You will hit level 60 regardless so why not make a ton of silver while you grind exp.
Fogans is garbage for silver/hour. Mainly because Gahaz drops scrolls, caphras, enhanced greens, a crap ton of regular greens, and the trash is worth more than fogans I believe.
yea if u only u get the whole place and no players will fuck up your rotation.. but gahaz is a fiesta so yea. there are many places to grind exp and it's not only gahaz.
@@marcbaston503 what are you talking about? Go sit on cliff rotations, hop servers, if someones there go afk cook for 15mins or rbf. I usually get a empty server on the 1st or 2nd try. 3rd only one time.
If you dont grind gahaz dont speak for it. Just cause everyones saying its fucked doesnt actually mean it is. They just dont want you grinding there. I make 35-40M an hour depending on scroll rng. Sometimes 45-50m depending on green enchantment drops. With loot scroll I easily make 60m+ and hour. 235AP Ranger, I spam Waltz of Wind and mana pots, then turn my brain off. I have a killer rotation that requires me to extend normal cliff rotation 3 times. Thats how fast I kill mobs, but I've at this speed since around 225ap.
I have t10 node, kama blessing and 2k ecology. (Saved free kama blessings until I started to grind consistently
TLDR: Gahaz isn't packed at all, 60M+ an hour with extended cliff rotation. 235ap ranger

Gahaz is shit exp I get way more exp/hr at fogans 7 hours for 59-60 vs 10 hours at gahaz for my last 60 I did

@@gloxdrippy3561 Is pretty easy, Gahaz is best spot for grinding, that is if you want to get some money, too. It doesnt matter what class it is. But consider the large amount of pvp (duel for spots, griefers etc.) if you want to get exp period, go fogans (has less pvp but a lot less money per hour). Gahaz Money/hour is around 25-35+ Mill, it can rise much higher if you get lucky with scroll dropps. Fogans isnt even near with money is around 20, if not less. As I said, Gahaz is defenetly most consistant spot, that is, if you can defend your spot. Maybe try Grinding very early in the morning like 2-5 AM, not possible for every human tho :D
220 is that "hell" ap, IMO. can't grind trees until like 230 kutum (if you can find a friendly, welcoming group). cant grind hystria, aakman or manshaums effectively. 220 ap kutum for silver, I'd recommend Cadry's with loot scroll. Lots of money to be made with the best blackstone spot in game, plus marni stones to help your combat exp
It is good to go for Miru if some guildie offers leaching because when you go with lvl 59 to Gahaz or Nagas you have higher lvl and it is easier to grind the spot with low AP and even if you short with SP after leaching Mirumoks you can stay longer on "trash spots" to fill that gap but your grinding speed at this trash spots will be faster than if you go there with lvl 56. Especialy if you dont have high AP or if you prefer Sausans or any other AP capped spot.
Guess I'm not doing too bad grinding at Shultz then. Seeing that the faster spots leaves me lacking in skill exp

At 56 i would highly suggest polly cuz the SP rate is insane there

For pure leveling, Fogans was and is the best spot since Marni Stones - better than Nagas. I know you stated that due to past experience, you found Fogans and Nagas to be "similar", but similar doesn't mean identical. I would've personally appreciated if you tested Fogans extensively for new players, because Fogans and Bashims will be the best spots for them exp wise from 56 - 60 in a vast majority of cases.

What about Bashims, in my experience its easy the best one after miru, also its not contested as gahaz or nagas so u wont have to pvp all over the place and after they buffed the scrolls its quite decent money/hour. i have tried nagas and gahaz with about 8 different classes but in the end if u want fast exp Bashims beats them by far
If you need skill exp go to soldiers grave...best skill exp i have seen so far

Don't bother with Sausans unless you're being carried / boosted. If you're like me, and like to do sh*t yourself and not be handheld, but want to be efficient, I urge you to take a good look into Bashims (main rotation) with Marni Stones at level 56 - 58/59. Pushing for 60, Gahaz or Fogans for solo with low - medium low AP (200 - 220).
The 530% buff adds 530% normal exp and 530% skill exp

Any spot with marni stones, depending on your ap. If you're 240 - 245 ap with kutum or 261+ with nouver, then trees.

Not actually. Exp from quests (quest icon with full yellow square) was maxed. Just take this quests till have 61 lvl. 1 quest = 1% exp for all levels (1-61). If you have new book - 1,3%.

So for Xbox, not having marni stones, pirate is still viable? Ive leveled two toons to 58 there but it seems extremely slow after that in comparison to nagas. Also, unless im doing something wrong, bandits feels terrible, aside from the money, the mobs are in packs of 4 with a bunch of ranged mobs on the side that are a pain to pull.. Any advice is welcome
If you mean rogues by bandits its prolly your rotation. I just used my rogues for my ninja to go from 51-55 in an hour and that was with 123-129ap (went up as I upgraded the ap off hand)

nah , i did the same on my witch wit the quest that got auto completed with that stone in the inventory
You’ll still have to do the 50 quest if your character was created before the update.

i heard now from Dellehave down in the comments that the new crescent shrine is supposed to have the best skill exp but i never went there so maybe next time i'll see if that place is worth grinding

Not true at all, currently level 58 and helms is not worth the time, exp is so low even with exp boost. My best advice: do daily or any random quest you can find to level up fast, did it to reach level 56 for the awakening quest.
I think the best spot for leveling to 60 is... Just doing quest. I just created my account last week and i'm already lvl 60 just doing quest (first time playing this game)
Questing is most definitely the way to go if you want to rush to 60. But you're going to be so short on skill points that you're forced to go back and grind them out anyway.

He doesn't use Value Packs. I never see him with them on anyway and he's mentioned buying 1 Day Value Packs so he would have the benefits during some Silver Making venture. That implies he doesn't use them unless he needs them for something. Can't say I understand it with how easy they are to get off the MP these days but whatever crumbles your cookie!
@@Viercey on eu we have a couple thousand preorders and it takes a month or 2 to get your preorder on them so, not as easy as you might think :P

witch/wiz flows are eh to grind with tho. especially at the low spots absolute earthquake can be way better as you can clear alot of groups at once :) thats how i got 120% on 56 to 57 with my wiz on 160 ap :D

I use musa with 159ap (had 175ap but switched sub)and i kill pretty fast.
duo i have heard from alot of people that the new cresents are the best skill exp maybe you should test that would really like to know

You assumed at 56 we would have 204 ap and 293 DP on a witch well.... for us new players that cant just pass down gear im at lvl 56 and my AP is only like 140/DP 183 so you are doing guides that don't represent real would situations for new players......
no i didnt , why do ppl keep commentign without even watching or listening to the video properly..... for 56 i use 160 ap for 58 i use 180 and then for 59/60 i used 200 , not that it matters much since those spots were oneshottable even since 160 ap ......

Im watching your xp very close and even when i have a 70% xp bonus from an Event, a xp scroll active, xp bonus from milk tea and constantly using the 8 min xp potions iam still even with all that getting alot slower xp gain than your character in this video, i dont fcing get it. BdO just launched on Ps4 so i decided to play it, instead of PC, but mabe experience is alot slower on Ps4??? IDK i just know im looking at what xp bonuses you have on, and i dont see anything, like how many iam using, im talking at the beginning of the video.
He's playing on pc. Ps4 is behind on several updates compared to Xbox and pc. I'm assuming they changed how much you get overall but man it's a pain to get to 56

Your "reasonable" for me doesn't look new player friendly. 151ap at level 59 although I'll admit I leeched 58-59. I make 0ap/dp progress because I am switching over to duo boss gear and that will take months. (why waste silver enhancing ultimate greens when i'll switch anyway)
200 ap is extremely easy to get these days with a green ap offhand , for my witch i dont even need 200 ap to oneshot those mobs , 160 ap is all i need as a witch but i said reasonable cuz with 200mil u should have no issues getting at least 170-180 ap ... and u get 200 mil these days extremely easy

sausans has higher mob density , shultz are not oneshottable so you will grind there slower (at least , u need much higher ap to oneshot the shultz mobs compared to regular sausan garrison)
Shultz definitely slower then sausan! Did lvl 56 to 57 there. I rly like to not one-shot enemies.. For me it is a better grinding experience. Overall no good exp and money but absolutely uncontested!

@@proudjew5051 sausans is way better depending on your AP. You need at least 210 AP for Shultz to make any real gains there
@@vorlautboy3083 it's uncontested because once you have the AP for it there are other places in the game that's better. Shultz is only good for skill points. And the mobs are still pretty meaty at the suggested AP. I'd advise going back around 210 AP. I make about 30mil an hour. But again I go there for skill exp
