And around here it is mostly rural and we all watch out for our neighbors. Too often farmers have had $40,000 worth of copper stolen from irrigation systems, barns, electrical lines and more. Too many times tractors and other gear, UTV's and other vehicles are stolen by someone to sell cheap for drugs or whatever else they need. To you this might be hilarious. To us, this is OUR LAND, OUR homes and we WILL defend it, make no mistake on that.

That's what I get from it as well. Cops let him talk to see if he's nervous and where he belongs on the coocoo meter, and Travis' rambling is coherent enough to relax them and everybody ends up with a nice little exchange. It was a good day.
