You may believe a big American company like Pfizer who has headquarters in New York is solely American. But it’s only what they release to the press. Not as important as vaccine trials, but my experience with the FDA led to a total lack of trust with them. I had purchased sealed packaged food item and upon opening it, found a large foreign object inside. I took photos of packaging, the foreign object and my receipt. Then sent the FDA a email reporting my find. They sent me a response a month later telling me that there were no other complaints, and that the looked into my complaint. However if I wanted details about the actions they followed and results of their findings, I would have to file a form quoting the "freedom of information act" and send them a signed formal letter requesting said results. What?! They obviously have their priorities in their pocket book not in public safety. (they never even asked my to send them the item I found! and yes I still have it).

You may believe a big American company like Pfizer who has headquarters in New York is solely American. But it’s only what they release to the press. Some infos only the IRS have and are not disclosed to the public. And yes, Chinese companies/individuals own a generous amount of shares in the biggest American businesses.

Not as important as vaccine trials, but my experience with the FDA led to a total lack of trust with them.
I had purchased sealed packaged food item and upon opening it, found a large foreign object inside. I took photos of packaging, the foreign object and my receipt. Then sent the FDA a email reporting my find. They sent me a response a month later telling me that there were no other complaints, and that the looked into my complaint. However if I wanted details about the actions they followed and results of their findings, I would have to file a form quoting the "freedom of information act" and send them a signed formal letter requesting said results. What?! They obviously have their priorities in their pocket book not in public safety. (they never even asked my to send them the item I found! and yes I still have it).
