Winter really became the MAIN CHARACTER in today's performance, she was really on fire when she performed spark. Even just a few seconds of it could make the fans excited and trending everywhere.
Winter ate the concept for the Solo stage. It was just so aesthetically pleasing to watch and Winter always has this theatrical delivery that I love when she performs Spark. And whoever made the Marching Band remix for Supernova, YOU ARE A GENIUS! It was such a great addition and just added more fun beat to the dance break, not taking anything from the original arrangement but just rounded it out and made it feel more complete. Then continuing that theme to the transition dance break is just soo good. The dance break is so refreshing since it delivered the flare and aespa gets to dance to a different genre from what they're used to. I love it when they're given the chance to learn more even just in dance break they'll only perform one. Then leaning into that more runway theme for Whiplash dance break was such a great use of the stage and also it tied in the intro solo stage to the outro. The performance director and choreographer really did a great job on this stage. Lastly, I know Giselle has to wear sunglasses due to the allergic reaction she's still recovering from. And I don't know if the dancers were originally supposed to wear glasses in Whiplash but them doing so just made the sunglasses part of the concept. Finally, aespa congratulations on such an incredible year and getting awards that further acknowledges the efforts poured into making this year so memorable. Stay healthy and happy! There are more daesangs to get.💪
There is only so much of the same thing you can take right. It's all been done so many times. The Romans Distracted their citizens with Entertainment BC 2000 years later and no one's learned. But these dance routines are just old hat and the lyrics have all been done so many times. An awakening maybe?

Winter ate the concept for the Solo stage. It was just so aesthetically pleasing to watch and Winter always has this theatrical delivery that I love when she performs Spark.
And whoever made the Marching Band remix for Supernova, YOU ARE A GENIUS! It was such a great addition and just added more fun beat to the dance break, not taking anything from the original arrangement but just rounded it out and made it feel more complete. Then continuing that theme to the transition dance break is just soo good. The dance break is so refreshing since it delivered the flare and aespa gets to dance to a different genre from what they're used to. I love it when they're given the chance to learn more even just in dance break they'll only perform one. Then leaning into that more runway theme for Whiplash dance break was such a great use of the stage and also it tied in the intro solo stage to the outro. The performance director and choreographer really did a great job on this stage.
Lastly, I know Giselle has to wear sunglasses due to the allergic reaction she's still recovering from. And I don't know if the dancers were originally supposed to wear glasses in Whiplash but them doing so just made the sunglasses part of the concept.
Finally, aespa congratulations on such an incredible year and getting awards that further acknowledges the efforts poured into making this year so memorable. Stay healthy and happy! There are more daesangs to get.💪

Ahhh absolutely amazing!! Winters solo into Giselles was so cool!! Karina just looked like she was giving her all, popping every step, fierce! Winter looked so happy and pumped, her expressions are one of a kind! Loved the runways at the end, this slightly speedy version of whiplash!! Ahhh amazing!!
