Cornus Glen Iris May Update

We are delighted to share the latest updates on the Cornus Glen Iris project, which is on track for completion later this year. May has been a productive month, with our team achieving key milestones that pave the way for the final phases of construction.
Significant progress has been made, including the commencement of interior painting, the installation of internal doors and skirting and the near completion of plastering on level 2. Essential services rough-ins are in place on levels 1 and 2, ensuring seamless functionality. Bathroom tiling and waterproofing are set to begin soon and timber flooring installation is scheduled for late June.
Looking ahead, we are nearing the completion of exterior works and have started rendering the lower ground floor. Metal balustrade installations and the gradual removal of scaffolding will follow. The tower crane is also set to be removed in mid-June, marking a significant milestone in the project.
Cornus Glen Iris has been our strongest development this year, with all one-bedroom apartments sold out and three-bedroom apartments nearly sold out. The project is already 65% sold, reflecting high demand and limited availability.
