My name is Pankaj Upadhyay, I am a Physics teacher from Gwalior, I am using Maxhub board and this is Max's board detail board, I had taken it from Ability Infotech. When we buy any small thing, there is a fear that whatever we buy will be damaged. How will you get the service that you are taking? For example, if I took a mobile, took a laptop, then in comparison to the boards, the boards I was taking were of low price, then there was a fear that what kind of service will the person from whom I am taking the board give, but when I asked Ability Infotech, Took this thing and after seeing it for the first one or two months, their service was such that every day they used to ask me how was the board today sir, is there any problem coming from ma'am's side, even the smallest problem was immediately solved by us on video call. It used to be done and whenever I called, it was not as if anything had been delayed. From the installation of the even board to today Sir himself came to meet me. In between the calls keep coming, I forget what was there and what was not there. But today it has been a year since I started the board, but even today these people are in contact and provide service continuously. I have not taken better service from them, leave alone the digital board, even in other things like mobile. If no one is providing such service then it is Ability. मेरा नाम पंकज उपाध्याय है फिजिक्स टीचर हूं ग्वालियर से मैक्स का बोर्ड यूज कर रहा हूं और यह मैक्स का बोर्ड डिटल बोर्ड है वो मैंने एबिलिटी इंफोटेक से लिया था जब अपन कोई छोटी सी छोटी चीज खरीदते हैं तो एक डर रहता है कि जो हम चीज ले रहे हैं वो सर्विस कैसी मिलेगी जैसे मैं मान लो मोबाइल लिया लैपटॉप लिया तो यह तो बोर्ड के कंपेरिजन में कम कीमत के जो बोर्ड ले रहे थे तब एक डर था कि भैया जिससे बोर्ड ले रहे वो सर्विस कैसी देगा लेकिन मैंने जब एबिलिटी इनोटेक्स से यह चीज ली और शुरू के एक दो महीने देखा तो उनकी सर्विस ऐसी थी कि डे वो लोग पूछते थे कि आज सर बोर्ड कैसा रहा कोई प्रॉब्लम तो नहीं आ रही मैम की तरफ से कोई छोटी से छोटी प्रॉब्लम भी तुरंत वीडियो कॉल पर हमें वो रिजॉल्व कर दी जाती थी और कभी मैंने कॉल किया तो ऐसा नहीं कि डिले किया गया हो किसी चीज को इवन बोर्ड का ं इंस्टॉलेशन से लेके आज सर खुद मिलने आए बीच-बीच में कॉल आते रहते हैं मैं भूल जाता हूं कि क्या था क्या नहीं था लेकिन आज एक साल हो गया बोर्ड को लिए हुए लेकिन आज भी यह लोग कांटेक्ट में है और लगातार सर्विस देते हैं इनसे अच्छी सर्विस मैंने डिजिटल बोर्ड में तो छोड़ो मोबाइल में दूसरी चीजों में भी नहीं ली ऐसी सर्विस कोई दे ही नहीं रहा है तो एबिलिटी इंफोटेक बेस्ट है जो यह प्रोडक्ट दे वह सबसे अच्छा है थैंक यू
