This should be a result of the pesticides which were banned in Europe and the rich north and yet founded its way to Africa with more than 56 containers shipped into Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania and Kenya. Very highly toxic pesticides, paraquat.
The government dismissed the earlier warning of possible El Nino, Kenya's President who always assumed the role of Deputy Jesus said he and his wife prayed and El Nino was cancelled by God which is a mockery to God. But the truth is this El Nino similar to that of 1997 which devastated Kenya with heavy rains and floods.

Then after doing that or while he is praying, he should be working. The Bible says that "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without work is also dead". James1:26.
Call your President and remind him to read the Word of God with wisdom and understanding; and since he is still human on earth, his calling is to lead, and lead well.
