Thanks in advance to anyone who can impact this: Someone please get John Ireland the memo that gesturing in the guest's face is totally unacceptable; and standing up with hands in pockets while shifting around like a coke fiend during an interview (where everyone else is sitting) is so bizarre it borders on unwatchable.
