I have Diploma course in Hospitality management yet no experience at the moment. My friend in Netherlands for non eu national, you only will get HSM visa. Whose monthly salary should be more than 5k euro for non eu national. And you think there is a employer who will pay 5k to housekeeping person???
Housekeeping is not under HSM,, and HSM is another different thing of permit,

U can try to apply job if there are employer to apply a work permit for u but usually aupair cant get new permit after it expires and most aupairs stays illegal base on most aupairs i met.

for eu citizen u dont need a permit u can work freely in NL u just need to register in gementee and get ur bsn and u can work right away

Malta visit visa is not allowed to use to work and live in other eu country like Netherlands. You must get a proper Dutch visa for long stay depends on the purpose of stay.
