You always do great in all work that you do💪💪💪💯 only thing I can recommend you should start to do is practice using and also make it a habit that when your down on a hard floor like that don't sit on your bare knees like that start using knee pads every single time so you don't fuck up your knees I'm telling you your knees will start hurting and getting bad real quick if you don't start using knee pads I promise ❤
