Eduardo's case is absolutely heartbreaking. He loved being part of a circus performer team, but the people who should helped nurture his passion were the ones to take everything from him. The warning signs were there, and multiple people saw them.
Hug your loved ones tight. Have a safe weekend.

I have followed you guys for years now & normally can contain my composure unless Yergy starts to cry or I hear a crack in her voice it normally gets to me!
Other than that normally I would say that I am very strong & well composed but when you got to the part where Aurea Garcia, Eduardo Luis mother says she thought losing her mother was the worst pain for her life not knowing she was going to survive that pain only to find herself suffering from the lose of her child from a extremely cruel and horrible situation that she could have never imagined because she thought her son was safe with his biological father is truly heartbreaking, as tears were falling from my eyes with this one because it made me reflect on my own life, it makes me extremely sad because I am a single mother to my son who is 10 & my mother is my best friend so i truly sympathize for her, I would simply lose my mind with the two great loves of my life so I can’t imagine what she is feeling it breaks my heart for her, it is so very sad & very tragic!
you know what ,I am sure I’m not the only one who’s saddened & to simply put it tried of people saying that the world lost another child because maybe this child will be the one to help bring change that system so very much needs,& never saying this child needed the system and no one listened to the mother period, I hope this case helps any way it can, but the as we are all well aware adults in the system need to change, and have to admit
Flaws and their own mistakes and I don’t see it happening but I pray to a higher power for change that needs to be & should be happening already, because it should not keep taking countless lives & truly the lose of innocence to see that the system is broken & that it’s been broken long enough, the system needs to change it has every opportunity for better, so I pray that we see some true reform, and change..!! Because being better doing better than before and helping to save lives of innocent children will be true justice in these cases… I love you guys and I support this channel I stand with you, much respect and love all the way from Alabama..!! Keep up all the good work it’s worth it, you guys are making a difference and an impact.. 💙🩵

Understand. I was abused on a scale only a few know… As a small child, we lived on a rural farm surrounded by a barbed wire, electric fence and gate to keep my mute sister & self inside. I was locked in a closet, drugged, tortured, starved, beaten with an old splintered park bench wood plank turned into a paddle containing sharp carved holes representing each age. After each board broke on my bare skin, they were hung up with dried blood on a wall like trophies. I was hogtied, smothered, ripped hair from scalp, forced child labor, left outside during hot Florida summers where I drank water from a hose, ate dog food & slept on pine needles filled with poison ivy/oak, animal feces smeared on clothes that I had stolen from different schools. I was forced to switched schools until denied school all together. After my monster mother gained back custody, she enrolled me in a homeschool program where I stayed in a locked room for years in complete isolation without any education. CPS was called multiple times but did nothing since my monster mother cleaned up my 6 year younger mute sister & I in church clothes & propped us in chairs next to her so no opportunity to ask for help. Once the neighbor once snuck me out to the Orange County police department (Orlando, FL) who laughed, said “go home” b/c they thought it was a joke. At that moment in life, I began praying every day for God to take me to Heaven.
My exit strategy: A family member secretly gave me an SAT prep book to study in the locked closet, took me to take the test, hand forged my HS transcripts & helped me enroll into a Christian college that helped my transition into the world. I had no idea that I was a legal adult at 18 because I’d been brainwashed to believe my abuser owned me for life. In my mind, I had to do whatever it took to stay in college for as long as possible or I’d be forced back to the “house of hell.”
After college graduation, I had a great job, car, apartment, friends, beautiful life and pseudonym (new name & life story) that was given to me by my modeling agency. I began to believe the false life story of my life, completely blacked out my real childhood and let my guard down. My monster mother slowly lured me back in through manipulation, gaslighting, & brainwashing all over again. I was trapped once again and no one could find me for 6 years. My jealous mother made false filings at the courthouse about me (which I didn’t find out until my final escape years later), forced me to take her drugs, hard physical free labor, commit crimes resulting in multiple arrests all for complete power & control over me. After each escape, tracked down by a PI, kidnapped & forced to a new location where the abuse escalated until I ended up in a locked basement. My soon to be husband searched endlessly for me, had no idea I was pregnant & never found me since I had no way to contact for help. After my son’s birth, we were separated by my monster mother who always wanted a boy. I could hear my baby crying for me through the ceiling boards of the basement. He could hear me back suffering from injuries. I made a decision to do anything to save us, even if it killed me. I was unknowingly being poisoned for 8 months before my final escape. The doctors had never seen anyone so far gone & survive. I would have given up on life but knew my baby needed me.
My final escape lead me to an abuse center which by the Grace of God is rated #2 in the US. The abuse advocates, attorneys, police, courts, & doctors who initially thought I wouldn’t survive, all worked together for free to save us. I received an IFP & placed in the State Victim Protection Program. Surviving to thriving was my ultimate justice. My current health situation is much darker now due to the decades of abuse that finally caught up to me so I post old pics on socials. 😢

I’m not saying cps is right, but there are some things u should know. As a cps worker u have to drive to people’s houses, spend enough time there to gauge how things are, while not going over ur hours. Most cps workers have waaaaaay too many cases they have to do in one day. Just like at state run retirement homes, there are too many people who need help and not enough workers. If I have to visit 30 people in one day. Let’s say I have an 8 hour shift, that means I get less than 30 mins with each family. If u count travel time too, then u probably get maybe 7 minutes in each case house…..

I really loathe that people try to use prior SA/CA as an excuse to harm others. No, that's not how that works.
About 1/3 of victims become perpetrators.
That doesn't mean that there isn't mental health issues with the survivors.
It means that not everyone that is abused becomes abusers themselves.
Many of the survivors choose professions to help others by becoming social workers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, etc.
You want to meet some of the meanest people around? Meet Survivors that go into professions to help others. We don't fuck around but abusers will find out. You're good? We are the nicest people you can meet. You do harm to others? We will work within the laws to make your punishment the most heinous we can provide within the laws. I know this first hand.
Which is why I constantly tell people to contact their politicians and get laws changed. Vote responsibly. And more. There are way too many ideas and laws that protect the perpetrator and not the survivor if they are a child. The false and epically stupid notion of keeping the family unit together or reunification is bullshit and still goes on in 2024.

Yes, it is a horrific thing to go through, but just because you go through that doesn’t give you a green card to hurt others. I’m so sick of people using their trauma as reasons to do horrible things. If your mentally sound enough to understand you have an issue, then go seek therapy. If not, I don’t have any sympathy for you and you get what’s coming to you. I’m also sick of people (usually women) getting a pass because they claim their partner was abusive. I know that’s a hard and horrible situation to go through, but if you’re still willing to allow someone else (especially a child) to suffer in horrific and tortuous ways just to save your own skin, then you’re just as bad as the abuser. I used to work for CPS in Phoenix, AZ and we did not interview the alleged abused child in front of the parents, but every state is different. In AZ CPS motto is "Family re-unionification at any cost" I quit the day one of my children in my case-load was murdered by her mother the day she got custody back after losing custody because "the mother" tied her daughter to the bed with nylons and beat her within an inch of her life with one of those huge wooden brushes you use in the shower to scrub your back! The "mother" was forced to tak 3 months of anger management classes, like i said within 1 hour of getting her daughter back she beat the life out of her and she told the police officers that "she made me do it" i quit the second i got the call from the police informing me what happened.😅

My step dad did that shit to my brothers and my sister for a decade. Threw away cards, gifts and letters, changed his number if my mom or I got it somehow, told their schools that their mother was dead 🤨 Got away with it for 14 years, until my little brother's probation officer tracked my mom down and 1 of my 2 brothers and my sister came for visitation for the 1st time in 14 years (my sister was 1 yr and 2 days the last time we saw them until this) and decided they wanted to come live with my mom. She spent everything she had in savings and quit driving truck to get custody. My bro turned 18 3 months later and my sister turned out to be.....well, I haven't spoke to her in roughly 15 years, so.....but yeah....seems like dads do that crap. So unfair to all of the kids involved.😞

My sister and I went thru some similar abuse. Our mother sent us from Texas to Virginia, to our father’s while she finished nursing school. It was hell. I was 11 and was 12 when my mom realized what was wrong and came to get us. The authorities were involved in Virginia , reported by my little sisters teacher. I, like Eduardo, told them everything was fine. I was brainwashed that since my mom was in Texas and we were in Virginia, we’d go to foster care which was even worse. My father died when I’d been 13 about two weeks. I’d been with my mother for 4 months at that point and hadn’t even spoken to him once my mom came to get me. It’s a miracle we survived. Truly. I wonder at times if the step mother who now resides in Boston can still be held responsible. I was so angry thru the video, I could relate and I know the fear yet hope for your mom to get there. When you read his mother’s Facebook posts….I’m still crying. Sometimes I don’t know why I watch yalls videos. I’m sometimes I literally feel faint. A ptsd symptom I’m assuming. But thank you both. I and/or my little sister were nearly one of these stories of a child who didn’t survive. I know it is hard to tell the stories of these poor babies. You’re both amazing. It truly enjoy your TH-cam episodes and I’m truly grateful that these poor babies are remembered and still mourned by even complete strangers (as I am to Eduardo). I’ll never forget this one. So close to my own circumstances at the same age. Eduardo will live on in my heart the rest of my days. ❤

I just don’t understand GoFundMe. Here a mother’s asking for help for money to help bury her son and to help her with expenses to go to the trial of the murders to support her son and to see the killers be held accountable, yet can’t even raise 1/2 of what she needed. Then there is the Clancy case where the mother kills her kids and the GoFundMe raises over a million for the father (who makes good money). This isn’t the only case either. There are several cases where a survivor of a family that was murdered by a parent and funds raised aren’t even close to the million dollar mark (case of the mother and daughter who’s husband killed their 3 young sons right in front of them. I’m just curious as to why this is?
