She told me I had to come try here com tam and after a few other people agreed, something told my foodie senses I had to do it. What a good decision, juicy pork, perfectly done egg, and lots of fried scallions.

Bánh Tráng Nướng Hai Chị - So I never really ate banh trang nuong when I lived in Da Lat for over a year, but it is something about how sister does it here that I can't get enough of it. I find myself snacking on two or three of these 4-5 times a week so if you want to catch me, this would be a good spot to try!

Tôi đi một số nơi, trên dưới 10 nước khác nhau, âu, á, mỹ,... thưởng thức nhiều món đặc sản nổi tiếng khác nhau... Nhưng cuối cùng vẫn thấy ẩm thực VN là đa dạng phong phú, khẩu vị đặc biệt nhất, giá cả lại rẻ hợp với đại đa số người dân. Không phải vì mình là người VN tự khen VN đâu, mà thực tiễn đúc rút từ trải nghiệm thực tế

Vietnam is a heavenly place when it comes to foods! We were just there in August. We visited Da Nang. and Hoi An . The street in Da Nang is cleaner than the street in Ho Chi Minh. I love Saigon as there’re too many good places to eat and shopping!!! Miss Vietnam already.

Amazing how your Vietnamese has improved Max! It's sounding so good these days. One small note, when you say "rat thom" as in "very fragrant" or "smells good", use the pronunciation of "th" the same was as you would say the name Tom or Terry. The "th" in Vietnamese is not the same as English "the" or "through", rather a softer t sound. If that makes sense.

In VN, they give you some soup to have as a side disk to com tam because com tam is quite dry. This is traditional way that not many restaurant do it nowadays, I am homesick.
