- I am still always amazed that I have been in Vietnam this long and I still find things that are new to me. This was something very unique and I must say it’s really fun trying to stack up as many plates as you can.

Just hearing Max speak Vietnamese is simply incredible. The tones are wonderful, the pronunciation is incredible.. I like the way Max and Chris interact with each other, either by speaking English or Vietnamese, which is something I admire immensely.. another fantastic video Max and Chris, you guys absolutely deserve all the high praises..

That is one amazing spread! I love how interactive, customizable, fresh, light, diverse, inventive, and delicious Vietnamese food is. I would definitely be putting away a dozen of those myself!

@@SimpleX84 For the person making it, yes, it's tedious and boring (I know a bit about this as I had to make banh cuon and banx xeo for my family...nevermind making it all day for customers!). But for the person eating it, it's fun and delicious.

Vietnamese cuisine is the best. The borough of Hackney in London UK has a Vietnamese community and consequently loads of options to eat. Pho and Ban Xeo were my go to dishes. Just one thing; you and Chris don't leave the subtitles up long enough for me. I have to keep pausing. Otherwise, enjoying both of your work.

Thực ra nói thật có thể nhiều bạn Vn sẽ tự ái hoặc khó chịu, nhiều bạn nhất là mấy bạn tiktoker bây giờ đi du lịch trải nghiệm món ăn còn thua cả mấy bạn nước ngoài. Họ lịch sự tìm hiểu văn hoá tôn trọng các nơi họ đến thay vì "làm trò" tạo mấy cái trò xung đột vùng miền văn hoá so với nới họ sinh ra để được nổi tiếng hơn thay vì tôn trong nơi mình đến tìm hiểu đối xử với họ bằng cái tâm tử tể để hiểu nhau.

Awesome video guys. One of my favorite places in Saigon. I go to the one in District 1 next to the park. i found it a couple months ago when I first arrived, now go at least twice a week. Can’t believe people eat 40 or more, I’m a big boy but can only do 10 maximum. Love to even stop by here a couple of hours before going to dinner to have 5 or so as a appetizer pre dinner.
