most the issues you have talked about in this video has been removed/improved in these next episodes after the first episode and some choices dont show their outcome instantly some take a long time to have repercussions I know that some of the choices do matter because the devs said you can kill the whole crew and save the whole crew by the end of all 5 episodes so choices actually do matter an example would be you can kill cox in episode 1 or keep him alive from all the way the beginning to end and exploring actually rewards you if you explore you get to give a cigar to khan and she opens up about why she is so grumpy all the time by episode 3 the choices branch way more and they have added more to gameplay like having bigger areas to explore with more freedom unlike other telltale games having the call system having some puzzles having side objectives and possibly more because at the time of this comment episode 5 has not released yet we need to just judge it at the end not just based off the start
