I wear a lot of grey, black and white t shirts. Then I jazz it up with the sweaters or shawls I hand knit myself. Being disabled with severe arthritis, it’s easier for me to wear basic leggings and t-shirts. No buttons to snap, or zippers to zip. I even have to wear bras that close in the front so I can more easily put them on, those are my biggest investment.

Hey Maureen! I don't repurpose my clothing too much, but if I come up with a variety of ideas then I may be able to share! One thing I love to do with old t-shirts is to cut them up into reusable rags that I use for cleaning various surfaces (:

If you're lucky to have a buy nothing group in your area I recommend joining. It's a great way to also rehome items. I recently asked if anyone was getting rid a long sleeve striped shirt since it was one of the few pieces I was going to add to my fall wardrobe and three people shared with me potential shirts. The best thing was that it didn't cost anything and because they were in my neighborhood, I could easily walk to pick it up and also got to better learn about the people in my community through the process.

How can you create a capsule wardrobe with a child and you need to wash a lot and your laundry that dries long. So i am open for ideas. And my wardobe had a good clean this week. I just want to have a feeling that when my clothing items are ripped and dead and i dont know what. That i dont have the need to shop. I want to do a no buy year and maby for two years. I am trying to be minimalist. but in cloths matter it is hard because one cloths washing most of the time it's become old and broken so we at least buy cloths. it's expensive so when we go outside it's cloths must be separately in wardrobe. so what we do. but I like ur content life is short so be simple give ur time to yourself. thank you

The ideas are great but i cant help but the style itself is very typical minimalist. minimalist is the mindset to make things simple but not need to look or wear poor fit clothing or wear all neutrals. colour is proven to brighten your mood and so is sentimental home objects. having too many choices is overwhelming but also not having enough choice and having to shop last minute and pay a higher price is stressful too
Declutter your wardrobe once a year?? I declutter my wardrobe every single day...pfff...
