And yeah, as you get older, you start to think more, and the whole album is about getting older, and still struggling and going through heartache .. I personally loved it.. it's about a life lived, and still going on with all the emotions, and staying strong , no matter how old you are.. I first heard this song on the album. by the time they had reached the chorus, I was trying to figure out if this or Hotel California was the best song they had ever realised. To this day I'm still unsure. Just like a lot of other fans I would love to see the guys release a top-quality video of them performing this masterpiece .
It´s unbelievable that there is no good live recording from this song. Waiting in the weeds is a classic song for a live recording with experiments and own new expressions. It´s so sad.
