    I absolutely love a estate. To be there better looking than SUVs and have a classy yet functional design. Really like the styling on this new 3er touring. I hope they with this the M340i powertrain.

      I wouldnt agree that estates look better than SUVs. This BMW is an exception, not a rule. Many estate cars look like a sedan with glued boxy rear end.

    This model is stunning. What an absolute shame they have decided to end North American sales of the 3 series wagon. I would say that this is the best looking design of any BMW wagon to date. I have owned more than 20 new BMW models, most of which I ordered from the factory. I would have purchased one of this with no hesitation, but unfortunately in the United States, I will not have this option. It is my opinion that they would have sold more wagons here if they offered the high performance M Performance model - previously the 335 and now the 340. I know that people here in the US are in love with their SUV's, I have owned 8 different X5 models myself. I would say that a sporty wagon is a great alternative to the 3 series sedan - offering more dynamic driving. I am afraid I will never have the option to own this car unless I move to Europe or wait 25 years.

    I would gladly take one of these in the USA, and know several people in the PNW that would as well. I would have to think long and hard between 330e and M340i, but I think it would have to be an M340i just for something that feels just a little special. I do wish that BMW would offer the Bowers & Wilkins audio upgrade in the 3 series range though, to take on the Bang & Olufsen options in the Volvo V60 and Audi A4 Avant.

    As far as I know, the US didn't buy that many, but here in Canada we do buy them! In fact, my friend has a 2017 328d Xdrive, and the touring is much more popular than you'd think. (Although nowhere near as much in Europe). I think that Canada ought to get the 3 series Touring because Mercedes sells the C Class wagon here, while they don't in the US, and we do statistically buy more wagons.

    2020 almost and the satnav displays still slow to respond. Bit dissapointing. This feels for me BMW are trying to cut down on costs - so it a premium car then or a budget? Btw not huge fan of big LCD displays anyway. Physical instruments are far closer to my taste. Lucky there’s still an option. Would buy but need to see the more analog option as they at least real time.

    We have a G20 Sedan but I'd trade it in for a Wagon in a heartbeat if it were possible. G series is a really nice platform and although it doesn't appear it, I have to say its a nice step up from the F series we had before. Its more solid, drives better and looks better too.

    I currently own a 328d Touring in Canada and yes i would be looking to replace it with a G21. But 1st Bmw pull out the diesel and now the Touring so i guess i will keep it instead.

  • @speedmaster5005
    @speedmaster5005 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Another excellent video from Thomas and Autogefühl. The G21 is too similar to my year old M-Sport F31. The interior is a more modern and fresh. I’m still unsure about those rear lights. I would be interested to see one in the metal, the new wider rear dimensions sound interesting. The touring makes this 3er look more BMW than the saloon version which looks too Audi-ish.

    We want M 3.40İ xdrive and M 3.20i xdrive & 320d xdrive version of it. Not just in Germany, all over the world. Especially M 3.40İ xdrive with real (M4 bumpers, wheels, side skirts, grill, mirrors etc.) M exterior parts. Looks way better than sedans. I wonder, would that be possible to comfortably t 2 Adult rottweilers in the trunk of the touring?!
