Cyberpunk is still viable on that stage in spite of it. Actually it turns out to be one of the better units to bring, even if the slow is mostly to prevent Doge Darks from eating Octo cat.
the sage trait is nice because it has been mentioned at the end of UL and it finally got added, but its 80% immunity to any debuff effect's duration (and KB distance) makes it hard to stall if you rely on debuffers lol tankers and dmg dealers are the best options tbh
This music sounds very heroic, which is funny because the cats are the reason the universes are breaking apart. (Insert game theory music) maybe its because these sages are the key to saving the multiverse from collapsing.
This is just a thought of mine. The music feels very urgent and as stated, everything is falling apart. It's more fitting that this isn't just the sage/s' theme at the first half but also The Battle Cats' invasion theme in the second half of the music, where it sounds familiar but also sinister. Or it could be melancholic, envisioning that what The Battle Cats are doing is righteous but the reality of their action is more bleak.
Oh trust me, it is unless you have very specific means of trivializing the stage (Windy ultra form). It is practically uncheesable, see it as Super Hyppoh that you cant crowd control well, or basically 'mecha bun but good'

Consider this, having Socrates being as the anthropomorphic personification of philosophy was obsurely brilliant. Plus being as the first boss of the ZL Chapter clearly serves as the lampshade about the existence of The Cat Army's questopnable philosophy and morality.
I have a feeling that ZL is literally just the world falling apart and a broken timeline after The Cats conquered the past in UL which may have caused a cannon event to not happen which broke the universe so now the stage backgrounds of ZL look like they do. That is just my theory
