Fate rewards those who were good. Wammu was evil but he still held some respect and he became a jobro for a couple seconds. He was killed but he was given a peaceful death. Diavolo on the other hand defied fate and did everything to cover his crimes. So in a way, fate punished him to die indefinitely. He definitely deserved this. So moral of Jojo, be good and you’ll be rewarded.
