I don’t have any golden advice, but here’s what works for me: 50% goofing around and playing the same old songs for the millionth time, 50% working on challenging new songs. It gets boring with the challenge and tiny little bit of pressure, but it’s just no fun if you are always grinding!

I have found that as long as you make a habit to MEMORIZE songs you learn, it gets easier and easier and easier to learn by ear!!

Oh man, if you think this one had some long stretches between learning each chord, look out for some of my other videos... there are a couple where I think I had a whole mid-life crisis between chords...

Unfortunately not anytime soon- it would take a bit too much time and cause a couple other problems ☹️ For what it’s worth, I do think that learning without the diagrams can really help with learning by ear and musical memory!!! Even though I know it can be quite a bit more difficult at first.
