  • Making a supply to replace the Dynamotor. Use a 24 volt transformer so you don't have to rewire the filament circuit.

    What you explained about the radio or radios i highly agree with you on that if i bought that radio the one you have thier i what it original CONDITION if been to a ham con thier was a hallicrafters big receiver had holes in inside and out he wanted top dollar for that buchard radio i told him sorry only thing worth enything was the meter and the tubes or parts . I strongly agree with you on this subject the guy said bla bla i said no thank you lol some people it amazes me omg😖💯⚛

      After doing the Command radios I am pushing the reversed transform a little more. I am hoping hitting a 18 volt winding with 24 volts will give me 200VDC at the output cap.
