So, after watching The Beatles Get Back movie a few times (yes, we watched the 3 episodes a few times already hehe), we just couldn’t help ourselves. We re-fell in love with this tune and had to do it! :)
I enjoyed every moment of this doc immensely and didn’t want it to end. In fact, if they’d just release all the 60 plus hours of raw footage I’d sit and watch the whole thing with no sleep breaks in between haha
*In this performance the highlights for me were pulling off Billy Preston’s keyboard licks and SOLO! Yesss! I was super pleased to be able to figure that out. Also singing the harmony bit with Lital was super enjoyable :) Good times!

@@Thedarzis sure - I meant every word of it! To get all John’s parts in while singing was amazing, and the bass filled in the spaces so nicely that there was no drop out or something missing when you did the solos.

The best rendition of any song I’ve ever seen! My jaw was dropped the entire time. Very talented to play the parts of 2 guitars and sing with soul at the same time.

Thanks so much! Yea, actually when I learned the tune I went straight to the keys solo to see if I can transpose that to a guitar somehow. I already said to myself that I wouldn’t perform this tune without that amazing solo bit.
