The number of references and a new guest star appearance this episode had were just incredible!
I really like how Izzy just immediately accepts the funny robot shenanigans aksksksks.
Same! It's so nice to see humans in this show actually be just... cool with seeing all the Transformers and not immediately freak out.
I really liked this episode. While it is ashamed the Trio of Hashtag, JB and Nightshade were absent, it was nice seeing just the Malto Kids, Twitch and Thrash having fun at a carnival. Reminds me at the start of the series when it was just those four. (Not hating on the other 3)
Fairmistro was kind of an eh villain in my opinion. I'm not too big on his voice, no offense to his voice actor, but his voice doesn't really sell it for me. (Although I thought it sounded like Marmalade from The Bad Guys Movie). Also he has a lot of smoke bombs. Dude wanting to be master of smoke badly.
It is also nice to see Cosmos again, voiced by Weird Al Yankovic. Kind of a weird pick at first, but he does the voice really well.
Robby and Izzy were pretty cute together, though Izzy herself isn't really an interesting character for me. (She's just Robby 2.0 but she didn't find a magic rock that brings transformers to life via water) And it was pretty goofy seeing Mo, Twitch and Thrash feeling Robby's feelings and feeling pretty nausea. Now I'm wondering if the other three can feel that from afar.
Yeah i wonder why they didn't' add a scene 🤔where it pans to Nightshade Hashtag and Jawbreaker and they felt Robbie's feeling too so they also felt nauseous too
This episode was fun. I really like Fairmeastro's VA. He is apparently quite well known actor, but I only know him from Strange Hill High lol
As much fun as seeing Cosmos was, I gotta question why he even showed up. He isn't mentioned after this ep and he doesn't show up in ep 9-10. I'm gonna assume he is going to warn others about Quintessences or during the finale he is gonna carry Maltos into space. Honestly if they wanted autobot that could carry multiple people into space they could use Skyfire/Jetfire. (if he showed up maybe he could knock some sense into Starscream)
Fun fact, there's a girl in the background who uses Mo's concept art design.

I like that we got some short-time human villains like we got in Animated.
I was disappointed the episode just dropped Swindle. I really thought he would tell Starscream about the shard and the Decepticons would’ve gone to take it.
FINALLY WE GET TO THE BEST AUTOBOT IN A NEW SERIES I hope we see more Cosmos in the fututre

Im the lighting and comp supe on the show. This was one of the first episodes we did with a new vendor. While the growing pains can be felt, its one of my favorite episodes in this release.

Nice video review on the new Earthspark episode man! I do like the animation style to the series, definitely reminds me of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012 animation style. I also just want to point that I have seen your full video review of Earthspark season 1, and I gotta say yea, I agree with you. I think Earthspark is a good transformers cartoon show. I enjoyed it. What I like about your Earthspark review is that you judge the show based off its qualities and what is it trying to accomplish on it's own thing, rather than judging the series on how quote on quote "mature and dark" is it, you didn't try to rate this cartoon by it's maturity level(as if you would rely on how mature/adult a kids' animation TV show it is)or that it should've been exactly the way you wanted it to be only. You did not try to act like "Hey this cartoon show is bad because it's "kid-friendly" instead of being very mature and dark, it should have be for a mature older audience only and kids should not enjoy my beloved childhood Transformers franchise!". I also like that you did not try to compare other TV shows, mainly kids animation tv shows like Transformers Prime, Transformers Animated, Ben 10, Avatar the last airbender, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 & 2012 just to see which one is better.
That earns my respect to you man.
Oh and I hope you don't mind about this, there is problem that should be pointed out is that some TF fans(mostly older fans) have this very annoying mentality when it comes to the transformers franchise, it can even be said towards a lot of franchises meant primarily for kids and families alike, and in my opinion, I strongly disagree with it and I just wanted to comment on this subject matter. So here it goes. Some older fans keep demanding that the transformers franchise's tone should be very "mature, dark and gritty", and that the primary target audience should be solely for teenagers and adults, stop appealing towards kids forever... because they actually think it will automatically make transformers, great, well-written and successful. But to be honest, I do not think it does. That kind of thought and demand just lacks common sense. It's so stupid and so misguided on what makes a piece of entertainment media great and successful in general. The reason why I disgree with that kind of idea(being very mature and dark means it's somehow inherently great and smart)is because the Transformers franchise has always been and will continue to be a franchise primarily for kids and families aka all ages and that is not even bad. It's been doing so well with that kind of target audience. All mainline Transformers cartoons like Transformers Prime, Animated, Armada, Beast Wars, Earthspark etc. are made for kids as the main/primary target audience, they were all rated TV-Y7-FV, they aired on kids tv networks. Those shows were sellings toys to kids. They were all great kids shows and great transformers shows, they were not only successful and praised by their target demographic of younger audience, but also praised by teens and adults who were long time fans of transformers. So let's be real, Hasbro Studios, Takara Tomy and Paramount Pictures would never abandon audiences under the age of 13 when it comes to the transformers franchise, there is no logically reason on why they should. It's common sense when you think about it. Not only that, but it's also hypocritical when some "older mature fans" keep demanding their "childhood" franchise that has always been primarily for kids and families to be solely for a mature older audience and just alienate younger audience forever. Because how old were a lot of adults(and teens) when they loved Transformers? Kids obviously, and the fact that it was clearly a franchise made to be suitable for their age demographic. And now they act like the franchise should only mature with them only and it's wrong to appeal towards newer kids of today? It's pretty selfish if you ask me. And just because something is mature or dark, does not automatically mean it's "inherently great" or very "smart" or "adult only", because it doesn't at all. Great Animated shows, Animated movies, live action tv shows, live action movies, video games or comic books do not need to have a lot of mature themes or dark moments just to be quote on quote "high quality" or smartly written or successful, it mostly needs to focus on the qualities of what it required to make something good. Especially when there are poorly received tv shows and movies that are meant to be mature and dark, ones that are targeted at a more mature older audience like Netflix Transformers WFC Trilogy, Fantastic Four 2015, Suicide Squad 2016, Netflix's live action Avatar the last airbender show and some of zack snyder's movies like man of steel, batman v superman and rebel moon. Those were poorly received, not because of it's intended audience, not necessary because of it's tone or TV/Movie rating(weather it's rated R, PG 13 or TV MA), but because of the people behind those works, they had bad writting of stories, characters, scripts, bad pacing, poor direction, poor acting and just lack of creativity, passion and originality. The thing is I'm trying to make is that what makes a movie or tv show or any franchises great/successful is never the tone, it's never the target audience or the ratings, they do not define the quality of its content, it's the people behind their works if they are very talented and are passionate about their works. And something that is made to be kid-friendly just simply means that it's suitable and enjoyable for kids in mind. That's literally the definition of the term "kid-friendly", not dumb down, there's a difference. Kids cartoon shows like Transformers Prime and The Spectacular Spider-Man Animated Series are kid friendly, because they're made to be for Kids as their main audience in mind. IP franchises that were for kids and are creating new shows for a new generation of kids(and parents who were long time fans of those IP), and guess what. The two shows were great because they were well made.
Disclaimer: This is not me trying attack or change anyone's opinions and personal thoughts. I know that we all have our own opinions and it's always ok to agree or disagree with each other. I respect everyone's opinions no matter how different they are. This just something that I just noticed on a lot of franchises that mainly targets at kids and families. I mean have you seen a lot of posts on Seibertron, TFW2005, twitter, reddit and other internet forums, they are so against each other's throats about this whole fun and lighthearted vs mature and dark nonsense in a lot of movie, cartoon and video game franchises.
Man I wish we got an ending scene of Cosmos arriving at GHOST hq or whatever and meeting up with Optimus and Megatron or something like that.
This makes me wonder whats going on with Hashtag, Nightshade, and Jawbreaker due to Robbie’s little crush.

Who voices Fairmaestro anyway, he kinda sounds like Mandroid a bit.? Is it the same voice actor?

Robbie's unusual taste for food. Last Saturday i asked for a hot dog with carne asada, nacho cheese. 😋 it was at my uncle's birthday and made a new chilly dog i call it the "asadog" my cousins from Mexico won't belive it 😆
After watching this episode I'm dying inside, Earthspark really needs to focus on Transformers, this girl got more screen time than dear bumblebee, cosmos and even Megatron was barely at show . I really hope the next batch of episodes going to be better with just focusing on transformers.
