1. When you create Flange (3), either use Bend Outside with no relief or adjust the Relief Width. Normal Cutout(5) is completely unnecessary. 2. When creating a 45deg straight gusset, use Automatic profile, you won't need the sketch, that's for complex shapes and profiles 3. When you mirror the Normal Cutout(8), mirror the Contour Flange in the same feature 4. Sound on an instructional video will make a huge difference too!
