Take it from someone who’s been married 26 years, it’s never a good idea to “test” how well your partner knows you. And never use that as a gauge as to how much they love you. They may love you very much but it takes years to get to know someone well. My parents have been together 51 years this year and they say that there are still things that they are finding out about each other. A happy marriage is a journey not a destination.

Why would anyone let anyone choose they're dress?! Its your day, do what ever the hell you want and if the person you're marrying doesnt like it, then either call off the wedding or file for divorce, 'cause they're not the one.
Because they are given thousand of pounds to pay for the wedding, the conditions being that the groom plans everything and it is all filmed.
No one forces them to go on the show. They do it so they get it for free, then complain.

The show is called don't tell the bride so I don't know why she is crying. The mans job is to pick the dress that he thinks she would look good and like or match his theme. Honestly some girls are ungrateful because the groom is trying their best. Some girls know they are not going to get the dream dress they want so why not just get it your self because she show is don't tell the bride for a reason.
I mean, what do these brides expect when they sign up for this show? I don't get it. You know the whole point of the show is the groom picks everything out. Then the brides proceed to throw tantrums when it isn't what they wanted? Well then don't do the show, it's that simple really. That way you cant say how you are disappointed by the amount of effort (or lack their of) your fiance put into your wedding day. It's a bit hypocritical to me knowing what you signed up for.

And we want to do it somewhere nice, elegant, classic,romantic so it looks all pretty and you guys can appreciate that view of a woman you've decided to spend your life with looking prettier than ever before smiling brighter than ever before looking all proud and adoringly on you while walking down that asile. @@monikakabickova6450 Speaking as a woman, we're not ALL dreaming of a "perfect" wedding. My fiance has repeatedly said he doesn't care what I wear, because he's not marrying a dress. He's marrying me. The venue, dress, food, etc, don't really matter at the end of the day. While, yes, you do want a fun day that's memorable, you don't need perfection to achieve that. The man you'll be marrying will be looking at you and YOUR beauty. If a guy cares a lot about how you look on the day, something is amiss. I'm certainly not going with a traditional look (not even wearing white) or venue. I've already picked my dress, but we're off and on discussing venue and themes. Definitely not a church.
In essence, I'm merely saying that everyone has different ideas about their "perfect" wedding day. I've seen amazing weddings that are goth, cosplay, vampire, Halloween, Disney, Circus, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, etc. We don't all want "elegant" or "classic" venues and weddings. We want what suits us and our groom. If you want a classic wedding, great. Go for it. But every single groom who truly adores and loves his bride will still feel the same even if she walks down the aisle in a trash bag. And, hey, it will be memorable and funny. Something that can make you both smile when you look back on it in your 70s.
The important aspect of a wedding is the marriage, not the ceremony. Hell, you don't even need the wedding. Pay a small fee and get married at city hall. Simple and over with quickly. The ceremony is simply a big party, which is fine. But never expect perfection.
Don't put so much stress on men to not screw things up. They're under a lot of pressure and stress, too. Weddings are not easy to plan unless it's small and intimate. If things don't go according to plan, oh well. Go with the flow and adapt. It should be a fun experience with lots of laughs and lovey-dovey moments.

It's about those two what their perfect is. All I wanted to say is that on a wedding day we wanna look nice in a clothes we feel pretty whether it is huge ball gown or jeans and shirt and say I do on a nice place that's good for both of us wheter it is a church or city hall

There should be a show where women have to design or find the perfect armour for their husbands to wear on their big battle days. Then they can see how they like it when they piss US off. And let me tell you, we'll make more than a stroppy fuss of our awful armour.
